Used to love The Full Wax. Ruby was an original. Such a wonderful woman. This brings back memories of being a student in the 90s.

My heart breaks for Carrie Fischer. What a beautiful woman, inside and out. She never got the love that she deserved.

12:16 That lady is fascinating, she somehow managed to become a multi-millionaire, squandered $2.5 million on a gambling addiction at Trump’s casino, he gifted her with expensive jewels in return, she’s obviously a chain smoker, the type that only existed in public before the smoking ban; spending endless hours smoking and gambling away her fortune at a loss all for her idol, a pseudo cult leader celebrity and billionaire who would reach the highest level of the political career, something which she probably didn’t live to see. You couldn’t make this up.

Ruby always captured these shocking but very real moments. I remember her child beauty pageant episode where the young girl starts revealing a lot of secrets in her family. Characters you don't normally see humanised on TV.

Having Carrie Fisher as a friend. She was always keeping it real. Good friend.

She liked Melania obviously and was having the time of her life :) Melania looks so happy. Why do people always start to look LESS happy with age?

Trump clearly had her number and didn't give her the opportunity to dominate the interview like she's so used to doing, and look what happened. She lost her television career, went nuts and now has a monster face, and reminisces on when she had a BBC career. As for Trump, whatever happened to that guy?🤔

Err, no. She had a nervous breakdown (after working consistently & successfully for 30 years) and after her recovery she had no interest in doing what she had done before. Instead she went to college, got a Masters Degree and became a campaigner for mental health. Services for which she got an honorary OBE. Trump didn't like her because she asked questions he didn't like. Other celebrities she interviewed didn't like this either. But she never wanted to always ask the pre approved questions or stick to interview etiquette because that gets boring as hell. Some celebrities understood this, like Pamela Anderson & Goldie Horn, and she got on incredibly well with them.
