I didnt like it that he had to beat kostya for the title. Tyszu was one of my favourite fighters ever. I loved it that he used to go to the states and batter the fuck out of all them Dick Wads. Tyszu was a truly sensational fighter.

He's underrated mate . When he started punching Frampton later on in the fight on the inside attacking the body, Frampton DID NOT like it. That was when I remembered he had spent time at the wild card gym in the states. It was unusual to see a British boxer fighting like that. He knew what he was doing. He was quick to dispel any talk of a rematch lol.

During the frampton fight, because of the way quigg was taking it to frampton in the later rounds, it reminded me that Quigg had gone out to train at the wild card gym, because boxers over here didnt often fight with that skill and craft on the inside. Its a good match up , cos quigg obviously benefited from his time out there. Frampton didnt like it at all being hit with them body shots constantly and he was quick to downplay a rematch. If only them stupid judges had score most of them early rounds even instead of to frampton cos before round 6 NOTHING HAPPENED Lol. Freddie will love it over here where boxing truly is BIG.

The judges are no worse than anywhere else in the world... America, Russia, Germany, Britain etc all have the occasional moment to forget in terms of scorecards, so to single out one is unfair, especially when you consider that arguably the biggest robbery in heavyweight boxing history happened in America(Holyfield vs Lewis).

eLIPHAS3333 american judges are corrupt, but at least its a money thing not a nationalist thing which to me is worse and fighters have been getting robbed more often than not going up against a home town fighter in britain.

  • @Potatoshaneko

Corrupt is corrupt, you can't say "at least it's this kind of corrupt" like it's a good form of corruption, that's just silly. And let's be honest here... If it's a money thing, then it's usually a power thing which usually ends up with things far worse than sense national pride. Regardless of where or why there is corruption in Boxing, it's something that seriously needs to come to a stop. Too many great fighters are not getting celebrated because of bogus referee decisions and under the table judges. The first place we should look for the corruption is the politcal side of it, it's a fucking disgrace world wide.

eLIPHAS3333 i boxed myself so i know how hard it is and to get a victory taken away by some asshole is a travesty, i apologize for not clarifying that that was just my feeling that getting robbed for one reason verse another is better or worse because at the end of the day its the same thing. im convinced that fighters that arent british have been getting robbed coming to britain. ive never picked my favorites based on anything other than what they do in the ring and theres alot of biggoted nationalist pricks in america and britain, but when i watch fights on sky and i believe ifl i get irrate because the commentators are so biased. the other day i watched rosado vs murray and bellew was only talking about what murray was doing well and what he needed to do the entire fight! listen i love the fact that britains a hotbed of boxing and im happy that there helping to keep boxing alive i just dont like that the attitude of the commentators and feel that theres an agenda with some of the judges. i agree though that america is just as corrupt though.

Come on people, Manny made Fredy to be a celebrity not the other way around.....where is Fredy now, he got no fighter who can compete at the highest level. They are just typically bum!!!! Fredy owes his 7 yrs best trainer award to Manny.

hatton only got two loses from the best since pacquiao. he shoudnt quit early coz only two lose from the best, unlike others who has more loses to unknown boxers. if hatton didnt quit early and fight some boxers before taking a title again, he would really bounce up again fo sure. but its too late now. but its better for his health also, he retire early

blv phn Yeah but outside things. Especially drinking. It takes a boxers soul and after the first life it got to him. I wish he didn't quit early but for what he did I'm glad he did quit early. No clear signs of brain damage and slurred speech. Freddie is an example sitting next to Ricky if he did stay too long. But alcohol and addiction is a terrible terrible thing. Especially being as rich as Ricky was. Drugs and alcohol were totally easier easy too get.
