Most (not all) cops have immunity. They don't tell you this in public, but it's true. It's like a secret law enforcement brotherhood. That's why most of the cops who committed those racial brutalities were off on paid administrative leave (until the story blew over), and then they were back to work as if nothing happened. Only a rare few of police officers were thrown in jail.

"Mexican-American" means she's was born in Mexico, and then became American. But she said she was born in the USA, so she's just an American with Mexican parents.

The peanut allergy one so dumb like when it’s not a peanut-free facility, they cannot guarantee that there is no cross contamination. His son’s allergic reaction was on him. If the allergy was so extreme he should not be taking that risk.

The one with the peanut allergy has a bunch of incorrect information: -it was a smoothie shop -he didn't tell them his son had the allergy when ordering -he ordered a smoothie that was listed as containing peanuts

I read another comment that said he had actually ordered a peanut butter smoothie? If that’s the case then omfg yikes. Like it’s one thing if a smoothie has the disclaimer that it may contain nuts, or even if the ingredients list on the menu states it includes peanuts. @ericaschaidt8588 yeah, and I've seen other comments saying that it was a he said she said situation where he said he did specify the no peanuts thing while the baristas insist otherwise, but either way, I think regardless of that debate, him even returning to the shop to attack the baristas does not put me on his side. It should not sit right with any reasonable person to go return to the shop instead of staying with your son at the hospital and calling corporate later. That actually makes me less willing to believe that he did bring it up because clearly his decision-making skills and brain don't work in an obvious and reasonable way.

Not only did he order a smoothie that said it contained peanuts, all the second guy had to do was sue them if he really thought he was in the right, but by going in there and being violent he just gave them leverage and made things worse for himself because he decided to act on anger instead of being smart.

The fact that both officers were NOT fired and excommunicated speaks VOLUMES. How TF does that work? Can some please tell me how these officers were allowed to keep their jobs? You are watching with all the information and videos they cops did not have that at that point. They had all the ladies information and arrested her the next day. They can (and have, on occasion) gotten away with murder without jail time and sometimes even without being fired, even though any other individual would face 20 years to life in prison for the exact same charges. Cops being corrupt means they can pick and choose which lives they want to ruin, and in this case, can get away with it to do it again.

We are not all like this, and I admire how those women were able to stay calm and not lash out or something of the sort. This woman gives Mexicans and Mexican-Americans a bad rep. Other Officer is there no Video or proof showed he knew his partner did it though he hasnt been allowed to Patrol while Investigation is ongoing. Name is on Roster though they wont say if he has Desk Job or on Admin Leave, Rumor is he is helping build Fed Civil Rights case against his ex-partner

I don’t understand why people would not think Mexican people would be racist. Some of them don’t even like black people, so what makes you think they don’t like Indians or Asians or any other race you have to remember in Mexico there are black Mexicans they were not recognized in the Mexican census until 2015. What does that tell you and they’ve been living in Mexico for hundreds of years Mexico has a history of racism and prejudice based on the color of peoples skin back in the day, they spell they built economic systems of special racial classes. If you were Mexican or white, you were the highest class if you were black, you were the lowest if you were Indian, you were in the middle.

The fact that both officers allowed to keep their job is unbelievable.

Honestly I’m not a huge fan of confrontation, I’m sure not a lot of ppl are too. I’m working on it, being a manager and stuff. But the way the female officer in the 2nd video kept her composure 100% throughout the whole thing, explaining everything clearly is super inspiring and I’m just stunned and amazed of how professional she was despite the way the dude was acting out. Like I said, truly inspiring.

@@Caseytify Unless it’s a small department with 5-10 officers, all departments and police unions are corrupt. Keep in mind that you don’t have to be committing the crimes to be corrupt/dirty. Turning a blind eye and allowing fellow officers to continue makes you just as guilty.

So I found out they did a fart test on the two and they were instructed to eat vegetarian for a period of 10 days, and if their farts don’t stink by the end of their vegetarian period, then they could keep their jobs. Apparently both their flatulence had some apple and raspberry scents and no methane, meaning their farts did NOT stink. So they kept their jobs.

I don't think it's actually the colour of the skin. I think it's the perception that these people are taking away from you by being there. I'm English and we have tonnes of immigrants here. It's not the fact that they're not English it's just that we don't have room or ammenities for this many people, our NHS, houses, schools. That is the issue.

She was also charged with assault causing bodily harm the next day. According to Texas criminal code..if crime doesn't happen in front of the officers (exceptions are domestic abuse) then they have to investigate and get a warrant for the arrest. That's why they arrested her the next day
