This has to be one of the best, most hilarious stories of an offline Nijisanji meet-up I've heard so far. I feel like if I had been a waiter working there and had no idea who everyone was, I still would have found the dessert situation to the the most hilarious, random thing to ever witness. I also happen to have a dinning service position irl and have witnessed some funny moments happening with customers or heard funny stories they've told that I found quite amusing, especially if they're laughing and having fun with their shenanigan's.
