Back in the 70's I was an amateur boxer, welterweight. A female boxer wanted to spar with me, I said OK. She got upset because I was holding back. So she decided to go full on, I gave her one gentle tap to the liver. She almost fainted, and every one in the gym thought that I was the bad guy. Don't spar or fight with women because you can't win.

As a woman, she shouldn't have asked for a spar to begin with. It puts males in difficult situations as they shouldn't use their full strength on a female but will be seen as patronising if they don't. In sparring situations, I don't see the wrong in males holding back. In material arts we did simple sparring, I was put with a male twice my height and I appreciated his ability to restrain. I think some women just won't accept biological diversity, this is why both sexes are divided.

It's not crazy at all when you think about religion. Just think how the average pagan looked at the rage boner Christians burning their temples centuries ago thinking WTF?! were these people on to be so mad about something that isn't their business...... That's the thing that many people don't get - modern feminism is essentially a religion. It has it's god, and it's devil, and their own version of ragnarok - aka sisterhood, the patriarchy and feminism affecting all laws to be woman centric, not just equal rights. Because despite what the words of feminism propaganda claim, equality is not at all the goal when you actually analyse what they have done since getting the vote. There are plenty of legal systems in the west that specifically favor women in just about everything from the criminal sentencing part to family courts, and yet not one feminist has entered the ranks of politics with the aim of giving men equal standing in the law. Stop me if I'm wrong - but I doubt it.

A man go`s in full of confidence knowing he is going to win even when pulling punches, because he still has all that power he has been holding back if he should need it. but that`s rare.

You can clearly see, these male fighters are nt going full power....

So these men are not even going half power. So men that come up against these women. Stop holding back and give these women your full power. Just like you would against another man.

It is not about landing 2 or 3 punches nor taking on one but if men actually wanted to fight, they could kill them by mistake. If a punch soo weak could do that much damage imagine the power at 100%. A boxing ring is fine but having the same confidence and going to a street fight that would be the dumbest shit that can easily get you killed.

Jesus Christ, the guys weren't even trying but the women going absolutely all out. It's just too funny & sad at the same time. This shouldn't really be a thing but sometimes, only a practical demonstration will do.

a rarely talked on point is mental resilience however - yes men are physicly stronger, denser bones, more muscle mass, on average more height and weight etc. Men are also more aggressive which, in a fight, is a great asset but the usually ignored part is mental resilience. Women, on average, rate pain received much higher than males, they usually quit much earlier and tend to not go all out. Its not just in fights either. When things become difficult may it be physicly, mentally or heck just in video games, on average, women show much less mental fortitude and give up when they could still go on.

I'll say this from my tattoo days I've learned that woman have much more durable and thicker skin. Than men. They sat for 6 to 8 hours no lidocaine . Men wouldn't they don't have to give birth so I'm guessing it has something go do with the skin stretches beyond anything a male would other than a body modification. As far as mental pain. I would say this alot of women endure physical and mental pain in domestic abuse relationships. It's all about the person. Not everyone is built the same.

Alson theres a difference between enduring something and actively pushing yourself and that is the one important in training or accomplishing - men re on average much more likely to push hard while wo,men on avergae dont push themselves as hard. if you look at injuries and problems from overtraining as in pushing yourself too hard - almost every single case is a male
