I love that after she freaked about Tom eating the grilled lemon garnish, that was his favorite part of her dish!
Honestly I think I've only seen one person win a Top Chef challenge by making a salad. It's an almost guaranteed way to lose.
I would never ever eat undercooked pork. Not a fan of raw salmon either. No way!!!

The one that Tom ate was rosey but cooked, the one on the spinning plate beauty shots was a lot rarer than I would want. I think the production team just recreate it and do those shots weeks later.
