You don't have to be "tough." Just walk with confidence and with a purpose! Hold your head high, pay attention to your surroundings and make eye contact with people. Smile! Give someone a compliment. Speak up! Just don't be meek. Show others you're confident and most people won't test you unless they're inebriated. ☮️💜

If you are absolutely lost and at your wits end and you’re trying to find your way back to yourself. Follow this guide. 1. Identify your feelings 2. Feel them and cry like hell 3. Accept them (meditate on that and ask for guidance from spirit 5. Spend a minimum of 5 hours at great falls go explore 6. Get creative and explore that 7. Allow yourself the freedom of flow (stride towards that what brings you joy don’t stop until you FEEL it)

Thats what happened to me l prayed for help, someone l could talk to 5 minutes later l turned on my internet & there was a motivational speech 60min haven't been the same since.

So fascinated by this 🇨🇦😁🌐

Do not give up…let your past go…love yourself and take care of yourself…look into the mirror and say to yourself “I love myself” everyday…do mindfulness 10-15 mins a day if you can go to the beach or forest…Life is beautiful if you can change your perspective…you can change the beginning, but you can always change your ending…Gob bless you and good luck

I like the story about the biker, I found myself in similar situation when I was in college.

My son was fear based of elevater I got him through it closed space's this was the same thing he got there

I was in bar in Lubbock TX, and one of the most hardcore bikers I knew in Lubbock was dancing with his fiance and said cowboy can I have you're hat for this dance and I told him no. Scary because he wasn't a guy that was screwing around. When I told him that he said no problem amigo.

Moses had a staff with 2 snakes wrapped around it. He had his people look at it so they would lose their fear of snakes. I just grabbed one out of the parking lot and held it in my hand for a few minutes.Then released it back into the rock quarry. When I was younger I had a seven and a half foot python named Sir Hiss Alot that bit me while I was feeding it a mouse. The red blinking light of my video camera made it feel like it was in danger. My friend wanted to cut it's head off. I told him to wait and held it underneath a shower head and blasted it with hot water and it released itself from my arm. My friend started sucking on the bite. Guess he didn't know the pythons aren't poisonous. Lol
