Joe is one of Ryan's best characters. the acting, comic timing and accent were hilarious. I hope he becomes a reoccurring character.
This guy is the most relatable person I know so far on the Internet and there's no sign of him stopping.
My house was built in the 90’s. A lot of homes in the area were built in the 60’s and 70’s, and many of them have been renovated in the last 10 years. I don’t even know where to start renovating. It doesn’ feel 90’s and there’s nothing wild about the design. But the light hardwood floors, white painted kitchen cabinets, various wooden “built ins”, and even the railings on the staircase all need an updating. Then there’s the bathrooms, which are definitely living in the 90’s. The guy living in my bushes suggested gutting them, putting in new vanities and tile floors, a walk in rain shower, and subway tiles. He’s going to come by on Monday with a crew and start demo.
The door slamming in his face constantly never gets old.

So, apparently the homeowner moved into TV Guy's boyhood home and it still looks just like it did when he was growing up there.
