@@abdan7262 What are you talking about, do you watch United football? DDG is the most uncomfortable keeper on the ball in world football, period. He couldn't pass, couldn't dribble, couldn't claim a cross or command his box. He was arguably the best shot stopper in the world but every other aspect of a goalkeeper, he was far below average or even abysmal. Has absolutely nothing to do with trust. This is exactly what I saw over 10+ years of watching him. I love De Gea but he's a tremendously flawed keeper that's not in any way designed for the modern game. He looks very young in that clip & that clip is a one off of what I saw from him at United. United gave him FULL trust. Every manager gave him trust, had dedicated coaches to develop that part of his game, he never got it.

His development was fucked up by the post-SAF managers. They only focused on his shot stopping because they played terrorist football to get sacked as late as possible
