Theory:He is the only one that knows he isnt real and its only a cartoon which millions lf people watch or watched it. he is shu and scared. So he doesnt talk that much and oinks only. He sometimes look right into our eyes but he doesnt do it much because he is always with his parents and peppa so the creator told him not to tell anything to them but as we see in some other episodes. Peppa looks also right into our eyes so george told it secretly. The creators noticed it and hurted george thats why he cries often. So he only looks when his parents arent looking at them but we see that in this episode peppa looks for a second in the camera (right before george does) so she takes it seriously and tries not to be seen. (She actually does it pretty good.) George loves dinosaurs but why? He didnt had much friends in this universe so he got a dinosaur toy after a while, he loved dinosaurs and actually its his first word. But then, peppa gets annoyed of it and makes jokes that he only says that word. And we see he doesn't like it very much so he makes a sad or disappointed face but sometimes he looks right into our eyes in that moment. Does that mean he is scared of the "real" peppa? And he tries to say "help me" but there is a strange thing tho, we can see, george only oinks but why doesnt he talk. It could be because he doesnt know to talk good but it could also be, it would be too suspicious to talk to the audience and say "Help me". But that isnt all. So we talked about that george is scared of the "real peppa" or is it the "real" Peppa? As some people know, in a poster we see the pig family in the foreground but we see another pig in the background pecking out the window, some people think the parents locked the real peppa (the peppa pecking out the window) and adopted a new peppa, but i see it differently. The creators lockdd the real peppa because she wasnt good enough or should i say,she was too silent? As we see in the first couple episodes peppa is silent and calm and george isnt scared of her. But as we go further. She begins to talk alot than before and she isnt calm as we saw in the first Episodes. So if we mix this all together, the creators thought the real Peppa wasnt good because the series is too silent so after that george wondered where the heck peppa went. He then saw that peppa was locked and the creators were there and said him not to tell anybody and they created a much louder peppa. George now doesnt like the new peppa and he pretends he likes her to not get suspicious. But who are the creators. I wonder.

Actually, the real reason is more darker. Peppa and the other characters broke the fourth wall too. Which means that their trying to talk/connect with the audience watching the television which means the cartoons are aware of their existence. And its an detail which is for crying babies in real life or noisy things.

The explanation: So when peppy was born at 2 years old she got cancer and one day she was a embarrassment to her family so daddy pig locked peppa In the basement and would torture peppa and they made another child and replaced peppa with that fake peppa so the real peppa is locked in the basement and if you search up peppa pig wallpaper then you can see in the house the house that’s the real one and the fake one is outside with the family and George knows all of this and breaks the fourth wall to say “help” to the audience and that cartoon is 2d so they can’t break the 4th wall but only if there’s a problem and George is a real boy trapped in the cartoon world and he can speak but the creators told him to only say Dinosour and some other words idk and if he says somehting then they will kill him/torture him and the grandparents maybe are the creators and also daddy pig can only go in the basement just to feed peppa and also the episode “Powercut” when you heard the metal noise when daddy pig went into the basement so daddy pig or peppa pig was beating up daddy pig or peppa pig and also peppa pig is chained to a chair so most probably daddy pig hitted peppa pig so yeah. If you know the roblox game , piggy , and in season 1 first game George was outside without an adult but, i think trying to get help. If you know the skins of the game (for killer) the parents and peppa, they are the killers. So for those who don’t understand peppa isn’t actually George’s sister. makes sense, cause daddy pig and mommy pig are blue and orange and George is the same color as his dad; and the strange thing is that Peppa doesn't have the same color shirt as their family! (how you know the pig is in the family) Peppa pig has a red shirt, no one in the family has a red shirt.. And the pig in the back has a orange shirt.. The same color as mommy pigs shirt, so the theory is.. Peppa pig is adopted and the supposedly real Peppa pig is a real character in the family that sh9ws behind the scenes, and it just doesn't get caught on camera (2d view)
