第一：你沒加蛋，少了蛋白質的營養及黃色的繽芬。第二：泡麵熱水泡5分開，取出後瀝干水份，熱水還能減少油跟添加物，講究一點的人可以用冰水降溫，你用冷水泡泡麵會很難吃。第三：醬油在起鍋前才下，香氣隨鍋氣一起上來，你泡麵泡開用就醬油扮麵，這樣會很鹹又沒香氣😁😁😁

用冷水泡發要很久吧?熱水泡軟馬上撈起過冷水再甩乾水份,一樣倒入芝麻香油跟醬油還有胡椒粉拌勻 這樣炒起來也是又香Q又不會黏成一坨也不會太爛😊
