I wouldn’t say that Hog counters Reaper. But in OW1 it was definitely more of a Reaper counters Hog. But after all the tank changes and ult charge reduction and headshot damage reduction, I feel like they don’t hard counter the other. But with certain other support like Zen and/or Ana, especially Zen with discord, Reaper can very easily shred Hog. However, the one thing that Reaper does have going for him if not for Zen or Ana is if hooked at full HP, he’s almost 100% of the time surviving cuz his health for a dps is higher than normal.
