This movie absolutely requires a prequel and a sequel. When the movie starts everybody already knows whats going on, which is a great way to avoid an hours worth of exposition and tropes that you've already seen before. So this movie jumps right in and takes off at 90 miles per hour, something that other movies should learn from. Its like the "Fury Road" of horror movies. Do yourself a favor and see it, you'll be glad you did.

The setup and the pacing of the film was good, and I did think it was very well done. The more I think about it there’s just some parts of the third act which maybe don’t fully work for me. I liked it I just didn’t love it quite as much as others seem to

Oof not sure this one’s for me 😂 I thought the premise sounded good, but the bleak execution doesn’t draw me in!

@@SebaVDP it certainly is cool I have been thinking about it for the days since I’ve seen it. Not as good a possession film as talk to me from this year though!

I'm tired of people putting unique films into a box. You call it a possession movie. Others say zombie, or compare it to an Exorcist film. It dilutes the originality of it.

I’m not trying to strictly pigeonhole the movie, I don’t like it when people do that either. I’m just trying to describe what kind of movie this is for people who may not have heard of it before
