Eh. Chloe here is in a lot of these episodes and she is both mentally ill and homeless. Whenever she is on one she is either going psycho, or is high as balls to ignore how psycho she is. She can't hold down or get a job with her condition. And it is always petty crime - like for food. She needs mental Healthcare. I feel a level of empathy for her honestly. She's clearly strung out on drugs. Most likely Meth. I was a former addict. It really fucks up people's mind, judgement, physical health, mental health, and is hard to let go of. While that doesn't excuse her actions or her situation, as they are both due to her own poor choices, knowing the background helps others to understand why she's acting that way. She's choosing to remain a victim of a bad decision, instead of overcoming it. I honestly hope she gets the help she needs. People go from acting just like her to acting normal and mature as most others when they get clean.

When I drink too much, I can turn into a paranoid, panicking mess unwilling to listen to friends and family or anyone else. Watching videos like this is a kind of morbid fascination, but it really drives home how our own brains and thought processes can lie to us when we're in the throws of an addiction.

Me too. I'm glad he didn't get a severe head injury. I had a minor injury to my head after I slipped on wet tile, and even though I didn't need to get it checked out, and just got a bruise and a headache, it still felt awful. I can't imagine it would feel any better to anyone, especially babies. It probably hurts worse.

When I worked at Walgreens I had to casually administer COVID vaccines while a "mother" forcefully made her Son an appointment, got him worked up, told him we were microchipping and tracking and poisoning him. This causes him to go into a seizure, EMS are called, and I'm sitting here prepping more doses of vaccine. Eh... That's Chloe. She is in a lot of these. She is mentally ill and homeless, and when she is on these videos she either is having an episode or igh as hell to ignore her condition. She is only arrested for petty shoplifting food or public disturbance. If you watch all the videos with her, it's abundantly clear that she is on no condition to get a job or hold one down. I think it’s the script that gets fed into the AI (perhaps it’s created with AI itself) but I think the voice just reads the script word for word.

I was thinking that also. There was a man I read about a few years (and I honestly can’t recall if it was a true story or a book; I read a lot of stuff and sometimes truth is stranger than fiction) ago who was homeless and committed petty crimes so that he could be arrested and have a bed and food.

That's Chloe. She is mentally ill and homeless. She isn't spoiled nor entitled. She is always popping up in these cam videos for either petty theft of food or disturbing the peace in conjunction with either her mental issues or being high as hell to ignore her mental issues. She doesn't need a jail. She needs therapy and mental Healthcare. It's actually heartbreaking

It's those caterpillars she wears on her eyes that gives her amnesia. And they protect her from tasers.

@niktaco I realize people make mistakes when they're young my husband did.. These older people who choose to commit crimes like shoplifting know better they have no excuse. Most shoplifter's aren't stealing food or essential baby items.. They're stealing make up purses clothing & not essential items .. There's resources that are free for the hungry to be fed & their children. WIC for essential baby foods from birth to 5 & healthy foods SNAP for pregnant women..

The biggest concern for both of them was “please get me my phone”

Oh, he was real chill as he was butt hurt because the girl was raising her voice a little bit.She wasn't yelling but he had to make sure to tell her to stop raising her voice and yelling at him...😂 If you're gonna be a cop, you probably need to thicken your skin a little bit and be able to handle somebody in a stressful situation, whether they are in the wrong or not, raising their voice a little bit and she wasn't even really raising her voice. She was just answering his questions in a defensive manner. He wasn't chill at all. And he probably needs to work on thickening his skin just a little bit.

Sounds like my Grandma, she would say almost the same thing towards her daughter. Miss her and her harsh but very truthful comments or her come backs. She cld hurt you more with truth and her words then smacking you. Don't get me wrong her smacks hurt just as much. A lot of people, especially guys, seem to think with the wrong head in these situations.

This is when these girls need a little life lesson. How about assisting in ER for a week, at night.. keep her cleaning floors. Running and getting what other members of staff need. They are so selfish it is untrue. They make me angry 😡

I think it's kinda weird how you worded this comment tbh Not only did you not listen to the two instances they call her a "19 year old"... you call her...tiny? Idk why you made a comment on her body. You shouldn't be commenting on anyone's body, especially one you assume to be a child. It is a little /sad/ that she's 19 and dancing. I'd want someone a little older, at least able to drink, to dance on me. But it's perfectly legal that she is and it's fine if older customers interact with her. Long as she's being paid, it's professional, respectful etc.
