That "I've been a lawyer for five years now" was the most embarrassing lie I've seen on that front. Had to turn to his wife to get her to agree with the lie. Also, lawyers get arrested when they commit crimes too so I don't know why people even bring up what they do for a living, least of all that they're an imaginary lawyer. No one cares.
@Roccondil
3 ай бұрын
they think bringing that up will make the officers back off because apparently lawyers have some sort of legal superpower to successfully sue anyone or anything that disagrees with them, and its easier for them to sue because they don't have to pay legal fees like "ordinary" people.

@@blondesense1708 After being in relationship with someone who has the Borderlinesyndrom i actually can´t tell if she is lying or if she realy has mental health issues. The thing is everything i saw of her gave me this feeling that my Ex Girlfirend gave me. And like i said she has Borderline. Its realy hard to tell. Especially because this People can be manipulative without even realising it them self. I think she should have been checked by a therapist and then she should have been Judged. That dosn´t mean she should have no punishment. But i think she should have insterad of a loner punishment get also a judicial requirement for getting a therapist after the Jail time. And if she has no Psychological illnes she should have get more yeah. I still find it hard to believe that u guys don´t check something like that directly if signs are given for a psychological illness. In europe thats normal, that a psychiatrist have to check someone, if signs are there. Especially because it makes a lot of difference in her culpability. Someone who has a hard mental dissorder isn´t as much capable of understunding what he/she is doing then a Healthy Person. And if someone is mentaly sick, therre are better ways then Prison alone to get someone like that back on the straight line. No only Prison can make it even worse. But yeah amarican Prisons are not meant to make People a better part of sociaty again. They are just to humiliat people and with that punish them and that only. And not that i wanna say that they shouldn´t punish someone. But with only that, those people will come free and be even worse People then before. Because they forget how to be a good part of sociaty. But yeah there are a lot of Problem with ur Prison system in generell. Btw i am from Germany.

Yep and yet they put someone who drives without/suspended license due to it being suspended for something as ridiculous as the parent paying child support getting into a bad car accident and was in a coma for 6 months, a compound femur fracture that hit the main artery and they had to replace more than over have his blood so he didn't die, fractured his neck and 2 lower disks in his back, and multiple other injuries, his family immediately reported to child support his condition with all the paperwork and he would not be able to work for over a year if at all ever again and guess what they did?! Still suspended his license, refused to reduce his child support based on his temporary disability income, he busted his butt for over two years rehabilitating with the hopes he would be able to return to work, they never sent him a notice or anything about suspending his license so imagine his horror when 3 years later he gets pulled over for a tag light out and they arrest him for driving on a suspended. Once they suspended him they refused to reinstate his license until he paid the $36,000 in back child support fully. So really they left him with no choice but to drive to and from work and multiple times denied him a hardship license to go to and from work. Small town where everyone knows everyone so dare any of our 8 cops saw him driving they would sock it to him and after so many times of being arrested they hit him with habitual offender and slapped him with 5 years. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!!!!

If your boyfriend or husband has cheated on you, even once... just leave. No seriously, leave. The relationship will NEVER be the same again. Even if he apologizes everyday, buys flowers, takes you on vacations, buys you things, stays home often etc. That relationship is forever tainted. It WILL keep popping up in your head. It WILL make you feel like you weren't enough. You'll always question his actions, motives and words. The longer you stay.. the more the resentment and anger grows. Especially if he isn't regretful for cheating or is hateful to you when you need to just talk about your feelings. You'll end UP SO angry and bitter that you'll start acting like a different person. You'll say and do stuff that only makes YOU look the bad guy. The first time he cheats... just leave him. Forever.

Because she wasn't charged for attempted murder. The prosecutors knew that if they tried to go for an attempted murder charge it would be much harder to get a conviction when she could argue mental health issues. Though they probably should have tried to get mental health treatment requirements in there.
@williambiggs9752

@@user-pn2it5ty4g no, clearly she was making the mental health thing up because her brother stated that she had never had any issues before with seeing anything and it just so happened that the bf and her were arguing the night before into the morning. If it was the bf that stabbed her like that I assure you he would’ve gotten the attempted murder charges. This was just a lazy prosecutor who just wanted a plea to get this off his plate. Women repeatedly get much lower sentences than men for committing the same horrific crimes. I mean she works at a mental health place so a blind man could see she was faking her “mental illness” claims and okay maybe she did have a mental illness issue then she should still be locked up for the next 20yrs or do we want to live in a world where people can commit horrible acts and just claim mental illness and be back out to hurt someone else in 5yrs? The third story with the two women is a typical abusive relationship. You see one in the pink sweatshirt that is dressed to the tea, and then the other one who just looks worn out and beaten up emotionally plus, she does not respect her car or her iPhone, and twisted as a typical abuser would. She doesn’t answer the questions she deflects she think she has no responsibility and everything is of the taking. She is exhibiting signs of either narcissism or psychopathy, which she is using against her victim. The victim does not want to press charges just like a typical abused individual in a relationship. They are in fear that the other person is going to retaliate. She did she broke the phone and stole the keys, leaving the poor woman stranded, then proceeds to gaslight her

It's more of a case of infant children that do not grow up. At one time we were prepared for the world and encouraged to be independent and actually looked forward to starting our adult life.

Forever.

If you mean the couple at 1:37 they had a threesome, the woman was involved! Thats not cheating! And even if, that doesnt give you the right to abuse your partner! Hurt them, busting doors in, even with a hammer? Sorry, then yes, she IS crazy! If you act like a maniac you are not stable, i hope the husband got out of that abusive marriage. Its crazy how she only changed story in the car when the man was not arround. And if she really was „stuck“ like she claimed, why is she stalking him, want to pin him down to „talk“, and constantly haras him? Sorry she is mental, hopefully he finds a better woman

In the first story why was her father allowed to make a statement to the police when it’s clear her parents are always enabling her behavior? This chick’s mother being a social worker is totally irrelevant to the case. The victim surviving that is a miracle, hope the baby went into his custody. How the hell do you only get 7yrs for trying to murder your bf? Smh 🤦♂️ I’m so sick of women getting much lower sentences for the same horrible crimes. If it was the other way around and he did that to her it would’ve been 15 to 20yrs easy.

Because she wasn't charged for attempted murder. The prosecutors knew that if they tried to go for an attempted murder charge it would be much harder to get a conviction when she could argue mental health issues. Better to try for a pretty much guaranteed conviction with a stiff penalty than risk her getting off completely free. Though they probably should have tried to get mental health treatment requirements in there.
@williambiggs9752
3 ай бұрын
Smh 🤦♂️

Everytime I hear someone start talking about how they know their rights, i immediately know that they do not. I swear it’s almost 100% accurate. Most people who know what to say and when to shut up are the ones who actually know their rights. There are some questions you hear that usually give you the idea that they know what they are talking about, although sometimes those same questions are used by brain dead “sovereign citizens”.
