To be fair, the weed kid, while irresponsible, was far from entitled. The kid was respectful, complied with every request the officer made and didn't caused a ruckus even when learning he was going to jail. Was arrested myself, I was compliant, and used my rights of remaining silent at a certain point. Why? Cuz I understand that if I lie to a cop or resist, I could potentially makes things worse for myself. And guess what happened to me... They let me go with a citation with a court summons. They took it easy on me and for that alone I am grateful. They gave me a chance cuz only thing I have is just moving violations, speeding basically, but nothing too crazy. And it's all thanks to these kinds of videos.

@@stevethompson3664 cognitive behavioral therapy was really helpful for me. Which basically taught me how to respond in social situations and think differently. I thought everyone was looking at my every move which made me even more nervous but the reality is most people can care less. When I realized that, it made my anxiety much easier to deal with. I don’t like crowds so I often go to work a lot earlier where there’s less people or do my errands early morning when most people are still home. If I can avoid crowded places I’ll do it but if not I just suck it up and use several “coping” methods. I tried meds and while they helped I stopped eventually because of the side effects. My therapist suggested I exercise and eat a healthier diet as well. I’m not so sure about eating healthy but exercising did elevate my mood and boost my confidence.
