Фильм және анимация

Thanks for the video, missed you at the meeting. You were not wearing your go pro on your hat so you were difficult to find. Last spot just up river from cattle dock, there should have been some snook on that broken dock from the storm.

I was surprised I didn’t hook up there. Tide may have been ripping too hard. Fish were probably super deep in that mess.

I totally agree about bait catching. Ive been dying to get to Florida. Not much here in Oklahoma to catch.

There are days where it’s as rewarding as catching the targeted species!

Another great video, thanks Dave. Do you ever tip the rig with bait or fish gum? I wonder if that would help to catch pin fish?

Yes, I use shrimp or cut up Pinfish. Works great.

Do you ever try hanging a block of chum over the side to get them to come closer to the boat?

Yes. Works great if sticking to a spot. I was moving and didn’t need a lot…but good call. Thanks for comment. Tight lines.

My tip is leave the thing in the school a little longer, than what you see here🙏 There’s multiple hooks for a reason. One fish is on, he works the lures enough for other fish to bite them usually. You wanna real up and have three fish on, 5 fish on, not just one. You find the school leave you bait there and just lightly pop your weight off the bottom, drop it, and rinse and repeat

Hi - thanks. My boats actually for sale. I love it but wife want a full head. There are so many brands I’d recommend trying to get to a boat show and walk though all. For the money, hard to beat Tidewater IMO

@Canal Life what kind of boat do you have? I am looking at Sea Born 24LX. They have a head in the center console. We did go to the Sarasota boat show where we found the Sea Born models. Actually looking a little at Yamaha 255 FSH as well.

@@FromLasVegasU I have a Tidewater 2500 Carolina Bay (2021). There’s a video review on my channel you can find from my home page. The console space on anything under 26 feet seems inadequate to me for a head but I haven’t been in the boat you are interested in. My next boat is a Robalo 266.

@@CanalLifeSWFL well, there are several choices here in SWFL for Sea Borns, lets me make my deal, then you are more than welcome to look at them, LOL

What size Sabiki hookyou use? I’m targeting blue runners

Typically use size 6. I’d go bigger for blue runners. They would probably straighten the hook if you’re too light.
