The bike overtaking is legal and is right. The driver is in the wrong because he did not check his blindspots and didn't use his turn signals.

Its not a Overtake, the biker was lane splitting and almost on a oncoming traffic lane. The driver has the right to use all the way he is occupying. He didnt crossed the middle line to pass the bicycle. Biker is wrong.

18:30 What this biker did, is forbidden in Poland. If the vehicle is moving even 5 km/h, it is not allowed to overtake it with a motorcycle. And suddenly he quickly positions himself right in front of the car. If he had shown the video to the police, he would have been punished.

The law literally says "Knowingly" so not knowing means I wasn't breaking the law. It pays to know the law cupcake. WI §948.605(2)(a) Any individual who knowingly possesses a firearm at a place that the individual knows, or has reasonable cause to believe, is in or on the grounds of a school is guilty of a Class I felony. Any individual who knowingly possesses a firearm at a place that the individual knows, or has reasonable cause to believe, is within 1,000 feet of the grounds of a school is subject to a Class B forfeiture.

I don't mind if police take it full on serious and arrest him guns drawn even take the gun off them as if you go with a gun near any school wearing body armor you should be arrested no matter what you never know what they are up to wearing body armor and taking a gun like that just says here to kill. That stupid law needs to change and get rid of knowingly so stupid to have in a law. It kind of looks like the person was baiting as why would you do that near any school and not expect police to respond with force and ready for anything when you are looking like a school shooter with all that and gun. Perfectly legal in England at some bus lanes. If you look you can see the blue road sign that tells you that buses, motorcycles, bicycles and taxis can use that specific bus lane at all times. But you didn't bother looking and decided to just blame the biker.
