I'm not sure how well tested or consistent it is but right when you start playing the leaf that kills you can be jumped off of and wall kicked, which gives you enough speed to completely skip the "Aunty" boss fight, which can relatively save around 40-50 seconds in a speedrun

After that, is to get through the Supermarket stage where you eventually face your grandma as the boss fight. First you have to avoid talking by moving 3 steps back so she moves closer. Then, you gotta block so when she tries explaining what she was there for you don't take damage. Afterwards, you gotta run out of the store by navigating between the Confectionary aisle and Bread aisle and tire her out until she gives up. Repeat the above step at least 18 times cuz we all know our grandma's have near infinite stamina.

Keep in mind every trick can and will kill you since your doing Asian difficulty. To avoid it, all you need to do is block, block and jump at the moment when in between the 0.02 seconds in frame transition when the screen darkens after finishing the Supermarket stage.
