Changing a toxic culture at a football club is one of the hardest things in the game. It can take years to identify and turf out the players who aren't invested in the project, the players who are just there for the paycheck, the players who sell stories about their teammates and manager to the press. Man Utd are currently learning this.

Case in point, the Kovacic tackle on Odegaard. Are you telling me that what Xhaka did was worse than that? Yet there were mixed views about whether Kovacic should have seen red but almost everyone concurred that Xhaka deserved red. Explain that.

Erm, we were getting beat home and away by Wolves, Everton, Aston Villa, 1 point in two matches against Burnley on top of the same multitude of defeats to top 6 teams. This was in 2020-21, half a season after Arteta joined us from a season of double L against Brighton. There's reason we we're not happy. Now of course we don't have to deal with this mediocrity. I mean if you look at the squad in that game and look at the squad today or even last season almost every single person has been replaced..... I'm not calling him a bad manager but show me how many clubs in the world have the ability to do a full team replacement in 1 season. Your benefits are also what will cause you your job. You have the freedom of managing a top club have all these funds if you can't put them to use and get positive changes fast you should be sacked as a PL manager. Arteta actually made use of the recourses of arsenal in the end but at the start the hate towards him was not misplaced.

Unfortunately with new managers it takes time and process and mikel arteta and arsenal are now doing the right things and now got delcan rice remember mikel arteta is only human being like all of us in this world so let's not judge or criticise the guy because he has changed everything for the fans and especially his whole arsenal team because in his eyes and mind he believes we can do it and go on to win trophies and winning the Premier League this season I think he's deserve a award of honour and apologies also to the arsenal players as well but I totally agree where the arsenal fans are frustrated and annoyed but let's release no one in this world is perfect so we'll done arsenal team and arsenal fans and mikel arteta 👏 👍 he's a top guy for arsenal who deserves a huge clap 👏 👍 go you gunners and mikel arteta and go on to win the premier league trophy 🏆 👍 😀 😉 👏
