There might be a reason for that, of all the Slavic people they're the closest to Italy, so they're likely to have Venetian and Friulian influences. I don't know the history of the Slovenian language so this is just a supposition I just came up with.

Try Belgium, just the Dutch speaking part has almost entirely different languages on the East Side and on the West side, and between them you just have all dialects to rape the standard language with many accents, tones and different words. 😂😂

I am from Serbia, living in Slovenia and I'd say I'm pretty fluent in slovenian, but god damn, some people really sound like they are speaking different language, in serbia which is like 3× bigger all accents are similar enough, i guess in slovenia it's like that because everything is close to borders and some have italian, some hungarian accent 😂

No one even knows he actually said "kurba" and not kurwa. The funny thing is kurwa is used in pretty much every other slavic language whereas kurba is completely unique to Slovenian which makes it far more recognisable than kurwa

For all of you asking for a translation: "Mother, kurwa I didn't know those shoes were so expensive. I saw them at a really great price and they were still more expensive than at my grandma's". Then on the second speaking: "Mother, kurwa I saw such great shoes at such a great price, they're not that cheap even at my mother's, let alone at my grandma's". And no, I don't have any idea what he was trying to say, he has a really heavy dialect and maybe it just has to do with me being from the other side of the country. Also the way he uses verbs is as if he were a female, which is weird.

There might be a reason for that, of all the Slavic people they're the closest to Italy, so they're likely to have Venetian and Friulian influences. I don't know the history of the Slovenian language so this is just a supposition I just came up with.

Try Belgium, just the Dutch speaking part has almost entirely different languages on the East Side and on the West side, and between them you just have all dialects to rape the standard language with many accents, tones and different words. 😂😂

I am from Serbia, living in Slovenia and I'd say I'm pretty fluent in slovenian, but god damn, some people really sound like they are speaking different language, in serbia which is like 3× bigger all accents are similar enough, i guess in slovenia it's like that because everything is close to borders and some have italian, some hungarian accent 😂

@@yoda6292that is the least of it. You actually go 5-10 kilometers away from your village/town and you have a different dialect. And then another 5-10 km and it's also different. If I'm not mistaken, Slovenia has the highest number of dialects per country in Europe...

No one even knows he actually said "kurba" and not kurwa. The funny thing is kurwa is used in pretty much every other slavic language whereas kurba is completely unique to Slovenian which makes it far more recognisable than kurwa

For all of you asking for a translation: "Mother, kurwa I didn't know those shoes were so expensive. I saw them at a really great price and they were still more expensive than at my grandma's". Then on the second speaking: "Mother, kurwa I saw such great shoes at such a great price, they're not that cheap even at my mother's, let alone at my grandma's". And no, I don't have any idea what he was trying to say, he has a really heavy dialect and maybe it just has to do with me being from the other side of the country. Also the way he uses verbs is as if he were a female, which is weird.
