Our adventure was short but will always be memorable! I'll not be able to live it down, but it's making me laugh every time I think about it. Thankfully you have seen it as me doing you a favor and giving the vid a good ending, though, you did screw me over a bit putting that ending voice clip in haha! I'll let you off I suppose... I was absolutely gutted when I realized it was you I killed. Just after you dropped I said "Dave??? You there?" - looked at the body, it was you! My heart sank. I felt awful so I ran away and logged off, truly devastated! For those that want to know what happened on my side: I turned off my radio in the shed as Paul was coming through twice. I thought we wouldn't need them anyway till we left the base as we were both a bit injured to say the least, so we'd be close to each other. Leaving the shed, both on whisper, "I'm going left" he said - I didn't hear it 🤣so he comes stomping round the corner and I just spray and pray. To be fair, watching this video back now, he said it once already in the shed which I missed, I was shaking with adrenaline after that dicey fight 🤪 So yes, it was 100% accidental haha!

That was honestly too good of a run you guys had going. I was so into it that when it happened I felt his and your pain immensely and I couldn't help but laugh and turn my pc off. You were a good character throughout it all and hope you had fun playing with Dave. You guys should play together again.

I really enjoyed how we, as audience, could listen through the enemy communication. That's rare.

I really wish that there was more of a Xbox party,discord and whatever PlayStation has regulation. :/ the realism would hit hard if you could really only message your friends or communicate with walkies. Would make the field transmitter worth something. Imagine being the sniper in the hill with a field transmitter ready to call out to your team yk, only like on “hardcore” servers If they do that.

Yes, these types of players use servers that encourage in game communications (as opposed to discord type comms).. it's a culture thing. Immersive and realistic. Heh.. and by "these types" I mean streamers!

A big reason why I force my group into voiping on Tarkov, rust, DayZ is so others can have a more "real" fight. Yea they usually know we are coming but we tend too win anyways so it makes games intense. Love playing Tarkov and taking too a buddy too lose him and not know it in a firefight.

This is why I love in-game commuincation, the implicit handicap, and resulting interesting stories. Why do fake comms? Only to "win". But winning is fake in this sense. The journey is the prize, not the (arbitrary) destination! This is the beginning of understanding why honor can only follow from responsibility, and I am watching now small men who denied ancient lessons about what is a hero rediscover painfully how heroism implies sacrifice is so central to a culture. Anyway... great video, enjoy the crash, and remember discrimination is the better part of valor.

Thanks, I went and watch a bit. She tells the story at 4:32:45. Apparently she turned off the radio and didn't hear him say "i go left you go right" because whisper mode.

Hearing the enemy talking giving away positions and being confused and Paul using it to his advantage was epic!! GG’s!!

If I may say, this video was perfect. Not just in it's content but the length in it getting just the right stuff. I get a bit overwhelmed with the longer unedited videos so this was refreshing. Cheers Paul.

Best vid is the one where he has teamed up and is at the airfield. They are trapped inside a building and surrounded, his partner gets killed but makes it back its full on and very tense not sure what the name of the vid but its the one that got me hooked.

I got my 1st ever kill with the new sniper rifle last night after 9months of play. 2 roof campers killing everyone in Cherno form the tower blocks, I was on the big clock building in the center of town & dropped one of them without armor on. Round about 2 too 3hundred meter shot aswell. Great upload as always TRMZ, love you bye.

A voice like that can be distracting... both in game and IRL. Might get you killed. TRMZ reminds me of me in that anyone who thinks I'm funny, anyone who laughs at my jokes and quips, I'm instantly endeared to them. It's an evolutionary quirk that is often misapplied, and results in divorce.

I've been watching DayZ videos and streams since the mod and gotta say that it is amazing how good it is when someone plays this way, organic interactions and team up's, action, dramatic outcome, only possible in a sandbox where the player has the freedom to be able to create his own stories and yeah, TRMZ has some of best stories in this game with no need for scripted stuff, just raw DayZ experience. This video is going directly to my all times favorite DayZ's stories, if anyone asks me what is DayZ I'll show her/him this video, 'cause imho this is a perfect example of what it is meant to be this bloody game. What a great story!!! My heart stopped several times during the shootout at the end. The moment she fell to the ground, and the whole time you were running around in front of the camobuilding, I thought, "I hope she's alive in there". And then it ends like this ... whew. It actually reminded me of some rare (really good) encounters I had during my playing dayz. And some of them, unfortunately, ended very similarly.... This video brought back some good memories. Just now watching this, but MAN O MAN! What an amazing adventure! First off: terrific editing. Wow. But not only was the gameplay TOP NOTCH, but your partner on this adventure (despite the ending 😉) was lots of fun to see teamed up with you. I’m not alone in wanting a re-team-up! 👍🏻

I have to say that this is my favorite type of video you do. the perfect mix between the intense action and story while keeping it around an hour long. I work and go to school so I don't always have time for a 3-6 hour video.

Always entertaining trmz...this one was amazing, was riveting all the way...sad to go to friendly fire...but still a great vid!

I love how TRMZ knows it's not Hollie because Roxy's voice "isn't North enough". It always cracks me up how UK accents are so distinct, yet their land mass is so small. As a yank living on the west coast, I can pick out a lot of accents from around the lower 48 and place them pretty well, and I can understand what southerners are saying, but the UK accents are on an entirely different level. Smoke, for example, I'm pretty sure he's from the bay area, and if I had to guess I'd say Oakland or Vallejo. Maybe Livermore? So I suppose that's what it's like in jolly old England. But even a native here would have a hard time figuring a Los Angeles accent from an Oregon accent, and they're only discernable if the person is really leaning into it. And that's a solid thousand miles of distance.

The main reason is back in ye olde times before easy travel was a thing (Trains/Cars etc) Each area however close to each other they seem nowadays, were relatively isolated. Here in Scotland since it was mainly isolated fishing villages, means i find it hard to understand people from 40 miles away from me sometimes, since their dialects formed differently over hundreds of years.

Livonia is a beautiful map, I might own it for both Arma 3 and DayZ, but, it's very PVP oriented up north because of the way it's situated, it was built for Arma 3 and ported over to DayZ without much change unlike Chernarus to Chernarus Plus(Arma 2 to DayZ) so because of that, there's not much progression like there is on Chernarus, South to North, or in Livonia, North to South, so people congregate up North because south is pretty spread out, they've said they'll be adding to Livonia this year to help fix that, hopefully they do because as I stated in the beginning of my rant, it really is a beautiful map, especially down south (watch out for the bears)

@@ShotThroughKarl one thing that will help, the street signs are in Latin letters and not Cyrillic, so finding towns will be easier. Remember, the further south you go on Livonia, the higher the tiered loot, just make sure you have the supplies because everything is few and far between down there.

I think the dead body you find around 25:00 was someone who shot themselves. You two fighting that one heavy geared solo with red flashing health and 5 mins later getting into fight with a group of at least 4 and win… was so intense to watch!
