it's the speedrunner's favorite car, because on the JP version you can go straight from an untuned used supra, to this car as the very first race prize, and then to the GT world league (JP version didn't require to complete other events)

What's weird is that the car in GT2 had six gears, when in reality the gearbox was a 5-speed.

In my opinion, GT7 has absolutely nailed the spectator aspect of the game. The camera angles are good, and the driver appears much more lifelike than other games. It makes it way better watching GT7 content. I really hope Sony does what they've been doing with big titles and brings GT7 to the PC.

that would be great for the online racing player base. even though they sell millions of copies, only about 15% race online, which in absolute terms is still a lot of people but more players can only be good.

@@voongnz I would buy it solely for the cars and culture they’ve brought into the game, along with the classic cup races and license tests. I know the e multiplayer isn’t the best but I’d probably still race here and there.

@@MaxDad7 yeah it can stand on its own on single player alone. Sport mode is good but multiplayer/lobbies was a mess until a few days ago with the update. The state of the game right now is what it should have been on release. It's continually getting better over time with updates and should be a very polished version if it does get a PC release.

agree, dont like the game but as a car enthusiast, models and lighting are unrivaled.

Gt7 is definitely the most beautiful racing game ever made. And the sounds are fantastic.

Bathurst Australia is one of the best.

The difference between the r30 silhouette and r32 gt500 is like the outgoing civic type r and the brand new 1. Btw Gran Turismo is the best it's ever been, best graphics;best sounds, best handling to me, this is the best of times, only less cars and alot more are coming

Less cars, experience ruining lag in open lobbies and Sport Mode races, lack of single player content and incentive to play single player races besides just grinding for money, oh and of course that oh so lovely Hagerty partnership that reflects real-world inflated prices of cars in a video game. My heyday. “Tear down this wall!” BTW, random recommendation: Gull’s updated “Catch em all” police chase scenarios for BeamNG with the updated AI logic = the MOST fun I’ve ever had in Beam. Or a driving sim. 11/10, ‘specially the Utah one.

Wish I could play this game. Hopefully Forza will be dope like speculated so I can play something other than Assetto corsa or horizon 5

Try lifting off the throttle longer when shifting, and not flat shifting. Also a great deal of older race cars at high rpm they floated the gears, see if they have incorporated that into the programming

I think Polyphony blunted the speed you could shift manual+clutch because some other games manual+clutch is too fast and a cheesable way to accelerate faster. I think PD wanted it to be limited in the actual clutch in-gate-clutch out speed.

That fire breathing skyline is so iconic

Well there's an Option to make you're own Race including filling the Grid with your own Cars and even the ability to Save your pre-options but Practice and Qualfying only exist in Multiplayer

You have to make sure the clutch pedal is fully press down before you move the shifter to not have any issues, like what is recommended to do with a real car. Problem with GT though is that the clutch is like an on and off switch instead of analog, like a real car would be. That's why there's no forgiveness in the clutch in GT7 I think.

Thats why you dont heel and toe on gt7 not yet at least the old fashion way of stomping the brakes and shifting at the very last moment before the corner works great you carry all that heavy engine speed into the braking zone and then just cut it off and go in full speed especially in combo with trailbraking this is a more powerfull move then people think

Thats not how it works on gran turismo PD makes money off other things to give you free dlc like the vgt program and so on licenseses are a big problem in this whole thing because PD doesnt get to decide freely what cars come to the game

It is largely because you can be driving much more aggressively (recklessly) without the associated dare consequences including totaling the car and death.

When gamers complain that the Gran Turismo AI is rough and slams on the brakes on them, that's how I know they're a newer Gran Turismo fan.

That why i do le mans 700 pp for money its doesnt happen there no matter what you do and believe me i have tested the living shit out of that not a single.penalty will take your bonus more then 800.000 cr every time for 1st place
