Women who need men so desperately are a danger to their children. I was abused from ages 4-12. I told my "mother", but she Said I was a liar. She remained married to this man for 56 years. Now at age 62, I battle depression and a sadness that's at times unbearable. All because my mom needed a man so desperately

Truth be told Robert (Nick) and his wife Charlene were actually physically separated when he in gaged with Diane in fact the only reason Diane became so obsessed with him was because he was the only one that was extremely direct with his words and she couldn’t trap him or accept him telling her no.. he was completely honest with his wife and they reconciled, him and his wife cooperated with authorities and were together at the entire six week hearing and never once spoke with media nor tried to profit from the tragedy.

Exactly. I have an aunt like that who I no longer speak to. She was always pursuing and sleeping with married men. She convinced at least two of them to get divorced and once they had, she lost interest. It was all “you deserve so much better! She doesn’t treat you right!” Then they’d leave, want to be with her and she’d slowly start pulling away. She even had the nerve to say she didn’t like them any more because “what kind of pu**y does a guy have to be to let some other woman tell him what he should do?” It disgusted me. Diane is the same.

It seems possible, if not probable, that she would have intentionally left one or two alive to draw out the sympathy and attention she would get. If your kids die, you get sympathy and attention for a certain amount of time after their death and then eventually people forget and move on. I believe there's a term for that. Basically, you just keep talking for so long that the other person gets overwhelmed with information. It's a distraction technique. Edit: "Word Salad", I think it's called? Narcissists do it a lot. (Onision (a narcissistic KZreadr) did it in his debate with Keemstar (he managed to talk over KEEMSTAR!) They can then try to criticize you for not responding to all of their points, and accuse their interviewer of "not knowing what they're talking about/not doing their research". People were so confused that they didn't even know what the debate topic was anymore. (I think there's a video of it on KZread, if you're curious. I believe there's a debate with Onision on Blaire White's channel, too, called "Onision Debate (Trainwreck)", or something similar. Even Blaire HERSELF was confused. Every time she responded, she would have to respond to 4-5 accusations, or else he would accuse her of being "dishonest". I personally watched it and it was *extremely* confusing. I had no idea what he was trying to say.

I knew when the mails was coming and if it was ok with my mother I'd wait at the bottom of the hill next to the mailbox for Diane. She was always so sweet and nice. It's not hard to understand WHY though. I highly suspect she has severe BPD among her other diagnoses. Especially from the last part, where she said her Mum would do the same thing, that's a pointer to BPD right there, because maybe, at some very early point in childhood she might have been rejected by her mother and something like early emtional childhood trauma is among the leading causes for BPD. So she has those memories of times, where she was a scared, poweless child and to THAT she can relate and feel emotional and cry about, sadness for herself basically. Because that was before her illnessess had completely evolved and she couldn't and never actually tried to love anyone. Don't get me wrong: NOBODY, but herself is responsible for her actions, but those kinda early traumatic things are what create people like her and keep this cycle of abuse and murder and toxicity alive. I for one am glad that I survived my childhood trauma, got treatment and had great support, because the mere thought of becoming anything like her simply scares me.

The genuine crying she does while talking about fear that her parents will be hurt compared to her laughing while reenacting what happened to her babies is just terrifying

I doubt those were genuine tears either. She simply realized that her previous reactions hadn't won her any sympathy, and so she changed her tactic.

Because her parents are all she has left in this world and that can garner sympathy from. Classic narcissist

That's definitely not genuine crying, definitely not. Whenever someone apologises for crying while talking about something awful with police it's a pretty clear sign it's BS. Emotion is normal, and it'll overwhelm you at a time like that, the apology is always a sign it's performative. Like "oh please forgive me for this interruption - I'm such a good person that I feel bad for inconvenience you with my emotions." absolute BS 😡 Mike Plilpot does the same thing during the press conference being held about his kids who died in the fire he set.

Notice how she said “I didn’t do nothing wrong”- because she felt that shooting her kids was the right thing. “I wouldn’t change it if I could”- this, alongside her clear premeditation, shows just how much she wanted her children(brought into this world by her pure selfishness) gone. “The kids and I always took the back roads”- she is only sedimenting her story, not acknowledging the tragedy brought by her narcissism. Also, in the first interview she only mentioned the two surviving children, not the daughter that she killed, the daughter that she despised. I can’t help but point out that Cheryl looks the most like Diane, so calling her ugly likely reflects the internal feelings of Diane regarding her own self, how she internalized being called ugly while growing up. This shook her carefully crafted narcissistic self image, so she projected those feelings on her daughter and actively ostracized her

When talking about mothers will get under cars to protect their child it reminds me of the lady who's car began rolling back down a hill and she couldn't get into the car because it had locked and she laid her body under the back tires to keep it from rolling back into traffic. That is a MOTHER

At 1:11:23 listen to what she says. VERY telling. She says “….Kristy told her school mates that I shhh, she drew pictures…”. She was clearly about to say “Kristy told her school mates that I shot her”. But she caught herself. That was one of her most obvious subconscious screw ups to me.
