My cat used to come running when she heard my mother’s colleagues in a teams meeting, she loved the adoration that they showed her whenever she would appear on the camera. She’d sit there, watching the little people on the screen, until the end of the meeting hahaha.

I work from home and have clients in my house for appointments. They call to let me know they're arrived and without fail my precious little butterbean of a cat with do the noisiest, foulest smelling dump just as they arrive... On weekends or days without visitors she is a litter tray ninja so I'm pretty sure she does it just to embarrass me

ohmygosh, you reminded me of a situation from few years ago. A friend and I were living together and we had adopted an older, "difficult" cat. One day our landlord was visiting us, the cat got in the litter box and peed. To be polite we apologized and our landlord said something along the lines, it's fine, as long as she doesn't poop. Well, she got out the box just to take a massive, smelly dump BESIDES it one minute later, because the litter box was already used. (and yes we had an extra litter box but Tinkerbell wanted to cause mayhem)

​@@loucoriceI think Tinkerbell is a cursed name. We adopted a dog and named her Tinkerbell and she was the most chaotic dog. I still have my Pikachu plush and Game Boy Color with her teeth marks in it, lol!

As someone who fosters kittens and works in an animal clinic. The joy and excitement over a feline pooping (especially kittens) when they haven't by themselves is a real thing! We have poop songs and dances

My cat will actually let us know about 95% of the time when she's used the box so we know to go scoop.

I know what my cat has eaten when that happens... grain... she ate her sisters special kidney food which has wheat and corn in it for a double no no food. I have debated putting a bathroom fan above the litter boxes that will suck the mustard gas out of the basement and vent somewhere outside.

Yes, I notice that my cat's poop smells the least when they eat raw food. Even protein-rich, carb-free canned food makes their poop smell more.

Oof, my cat ate a rubber band once. If she didn't, ehem, evacuate it within three days she might have had surgery... I've never had to pay so much attention to the litter box and I pray I never have to again.

Lol, yeah cats tend to have a sixth sense of their humans trying to do anything of importance on the PC whether it's knocking litter around the litter box or flopping down on their hands as they attempt to type on the keyboard. It's a struggle I fear we all go through, but we love our little murder mittens just the same 😊

My daughter's cat literally lays on her keyboard; sits in front of her monitor or just keeps up a constant barrage of talking every time she streams. Cat's are too intelligent....& some day they'll rule the universe 😂

Don’t have kids but I work in healthcare, the amount we care about bodily fluids… also given bowel protocols if someone hasn’t had a movement in three days I’m praying to every deity they’re going to have one soon because I do not want to have to do a supp, or worse an enema.

Totally feel you on this one! I'm Deaf, and this is 100% true. Living alone, I don't sign much .... but the minute I start (video chat or teaching via Zoom), my cats see my hands flying as an invite into my conversation. I get attacked. Spend more time wrestling the cat off my hands than having a conversation! Edits: damn typos! 😂

I feel your pain man. It didn't matter what time of day or night it was with my kitty, before I moved, it was like a sixth sense. I could imagine her thinking "mom's recording - time to use the litter box." Day or night. She could be sound asleep on the other end of the house and I hit record and BAMB she would be in her box, digging like she was trying to tunnel to Australia.

in the 90's my parents had some of the door to door salesmen come by trying to sell them a home alarm system. They let the guys in to sit down and talk and the guys were trying so hard but my parents were apparently not interested after listening to their pitch. They were trying to figure out how to tell the guys "ok, GTFO" without being rude, but the cat solved the problem for them. Cat came in and apparently took the sloppiest wettest poop with the worst smell of all time and the salesmen were just like "welp, sorry we couldn't convince you, we'll go now." and almost sprinted to the door XD

I got emotional and cried when my cat Jack (named after Jack Sparrow) pooped for the first time after almost 2 weeks he had been hit by a car and I had been told that if he didn't poop he'd haft to be put down I cried so hard I though I was going to pass out from not being able to breath.
