Whelen WPS-4004 Siren Test (Best Possible Protection & Bilingual Voice), McKinney, TX

Went back to McKinney to record the WPS-4004 located at the McKinney Soccer Complex at Craig Ranch. Like the last time I recorded a siren from this system back in April, one of the nearby units missed the cancel & voice commands and went for the full 3 minutes in Best Possible Protection tone. The City of McKinney tests their sirens on the first Saturday of every month at 12:00 Noon weather permitting.

I was at the 2909 at McGowen Elementary yesterday, I also heard that one Whelen doing 3 minutes.

i think i made a better tone than this one but it should make alerts since i did used audacity to make that fast phaser and wah tones but i have not gotten the english message like this but some might have japanese french spanish and so on so this one has bilingual i think this is close to mexico so no big deal. i think what if these sirens are used for earthquakes with nhk tones from japan but i made the other tones for tornado or specific siren system or tsunami siren too.
