Ambience of the City of Baytown’s Federal Signal Modulator sirens sounding in the wail tone for a tornado warning issued on 5/16/2024 at approximately past 6:30 PM Central.
This was the city’s first time to ever activate the sirens for a tornado warning, as they were priorly only used for warning of chemical spills from local refinery plants up until recently.
