Sinbads delivery is so spot on here. The way he says I’ll just move to N Korea in a monotone, then repeats it exactly the same a second later.

Out of all the skits and interviews this show has done, this one is by far my favourite. Even just thinking about it gets me giggling & snorting with laughter.

I can only imagine how long this scene was before editting.

Okay so I haven’t seen a single comment about this yet, apparently it’s not very well known: Eric Andre did an interview where he explained this whole episode. Sinbad is tripping on acid during this entire interview, so he’s kind of losing his mind....and Eric explains that he was doing everything in his power to trip Sinbad out even worse by doing this weird repetitive shit. If y’all ever done acid you’d know how fucked this situation would feel under its influence.

There was a wheel. But one look at Sinbad's face proves that there's no prizes.

It's funnier when you realize that this is Season 1, the show hasn't aired yet, Sinbad has no idea what kinda show he was doing before he showed up, the set is intentionally poorly lit and miserable looking, and looking at everyone's shiny faces, I'm willing to bet they turned on the heater too for extra discomfort 🤣 Then Sinbad who had fallen to obscurity at this point is sweaty, miserable, and realizes he's on a joke show no one ever heard of where he's the punchline... I think his reaction is real 😭

The Ban Man Yes, as far as we know that wheel might have spinned for 10 minutes. They usually edit 3 to 4 hours of content into a 10 minutes interview. Also the set is super-hot, the chair is moisty and vibrating, people costantly drip liquids on the guests from the ceiling, all that jazz.

North Korea looking like the least attractive option seems like a bad sign for me.

Sinbad definitely understood the bit. He kinda breaks a smile. Then after that, he's playing along. His timing was too perfect to not be intentional. Check out his stand-up comedy sets. He does that same "Chime-in with his perspective" thing in that voice, in most of his stand-up sets too. P.S. - Sinbad might be the most-underrated stand-up comedian, ever. Not the GOAT, but doesn't get almost any praise, it seems. His HBO specials were some of the best I've ever seen. Mostly clean comedy too, which from what I understand is more difficult.

it's not like they're specifically chopping up every bit they do. They do a lot of different stuff, some of it makes it and some of it doesn't. There's no reason to believe this bit was actually cut down significantly.

The part where the wheel slows down then speeds back up cracks me up everytime

One of my favorite skits on this show ever, that’s saying a lot because Eric & Hannibal are legends .

this video was the gateway drug into Eric Andre for me

The funny part is he genuinely looked stressed throughout the spinning

Just being around Andre in this state would get me totally stressed out

The best part of any interview is when you can see the regret on their face along with defeat

the look on his face at the end is some incredible acting, its almost as if he sincerely believed he had to move to north korea while visions of him and his loved ones being tortured in a prison camp played out in his mind.

Unironically, this might be his most well known appearance in any show

I was dubious about Sinbad from his mainstream rep until the very end. Whether he was in on this or not, his reaction was fucking brilliant.

I love how at the end Hannibal looks disappointed and Sinbad looks like he’s rethinking his life

Sein Sinbad regret his life decisions that got him to this point is hilarious.

I love how genuinely happy Hannibal is to see the wheel
