Misssophisticated 1 I'm all for defending Christina, she's my favorite coach and I'm a big fan of her music. With that being said, Britney taking that Vegas show was far from the death of her career considering how much they pay her. And yes, it pays to be on TV, $17 million for Christina apparently; but it also pays to be in Vegas, over $60 million for Britney. Two completely different artists, I'll agree Christina is more talented, but having seen both in concert, I'd argue Britney puts on a better show.

I dig her vocals and think she is above even Mariah. Not to mention she is a longtime LGBT supporter, long before it was a cool thing to attach herself to. I love that she has found herself an average Joe and made a happy little family with her super cute babies.

She's very good, but let's not get carried away. Any ordinary opera singer could blow her away. I know one personally who could sing circles around her. Even among popular music singers, she has some competition like Alicia Keys, Adele, and Mariah Carey.

delugex Talent and commercial success are not equivalent. Sometimes terrible singers can still sell a lot of records while very good singers might only sing to a niche audience. I mean Christina is a MUCH better singer than Britney Spears, but Britney has sold a lot more records. You don't hear much opera on the radio either, but that doesn't mean the opera singers aren't talented. It just means that most people don't like to listen to opera music while driving around in the car.

chettee Not the best but one of the best. Mariah Carey, Celine, and Whitney are legendary vocalists for a reason. She's one of the best in our generation though along with Leona Lewis, Jessie J, Beyonce, Ariana Grande etc. She tops most of the current ones though!

Get Trolled Bro I can't do a Britney impression at all, I've heard her songs on radio all the time. It's clear Christina has really practiced this before. She also loves Golden Girls show, don't think it's random they chose that tune as well. She also loves Cher and worked with her on Burlesque..etc. etc.
