Those who didn't understand and calling it aura, the smoke effect is Muzan breaking Wisteria Barrier and getting burnt yet healing instantly. Need understanding of the difference of animation between aura and air/barrier resistance.👍 U are welcome Also, if u want to know about where u saw the kid who betrayed Gyomei in flashback, check episode 17 of season 1, Zenitsu's flashback. Zenitsu's story next will be based on him 😎

We are not calling the burning effect Aura. The entire scene itself represented his aura (Aura isn't something visible 😅 It's like the opposite of embarrassment)

I know, right? To spend years of his life diligently training to value all lifeforms and to work so hard to never harm another living being... only to have to beat the life out of another living being (even a demon) all night until sunrise. Truly hellish. What an amazing man to go through something so terrible and still respect the gravity of what he had done.

Absolutely. Even that deep voice narrating his story, you hear his soul is also crying.. What i love in this show is i really felt their pain.. Marvel don't hit me this hard honestly.. Hope the day comes that oscars aknowlede anime..

Good job recognising the kid that betrayed the Stone Hashira, you're one of few reactors that caught it. The little girl didn't mean to blame Gyomei, she was refering to the demon, but because the demon burned away and there was no evidence, everyone assumed she meant Gyomei.

Genya getting so close to Tanjiro and being such a calm spirit is one of the highlights of this episode. It's been a pleasure seeing him throughout this season. Zenitsu going full serious after being extra goofy this season is such a crazy change. Understandable, given his backstory, but still, it really catches you offguard when you see it. Tanjiro disarming Sanemi with his kindness was hilarious to see. It really didn't help the situation when Giyu commented on his culinary preferences. Muzan's walk and that short dialogue between him and Ubuyashiki - I can't even begin to imagine how much work and money went into animating that. Thank you for the phenomenal reaction ❤

Muzan = toxic Sanemi = mostly misunderstood Inosuke = Def not toxic. Inosuke is a sweet boy.

The smoke was the wisteria trying to burn Muzan. Any normal demon would be screaming in agony. But Muzan is HIM. For Himutsuji its just a way to look sexier.

In fact, the MUZAN scene in the latter half of the film was an anime original, and even Japanese who knew the original story were astonished by the images! This makes me even more excited to see your reactions next week! You two's facial expressions and expressions are so wonderful that more Japanese people should know about this channel!

It was maybe the best entrance Villan in all anime history. But it isn't Alone. Also Kenny done good entrance. 😅 😏. And Also Itachi in Naruto😏.

Gyomei is the definition of gentle giant ❤️❤️🔥🔥 and he is the only who could fight against one of my favourite demon without dying or sustaining serious injuries quickly. He is too damn strong.

The entrance to the house is a hot topic. I am Japanese, and I used to feel such a slow and special feeling when entering my grandparents' Japanese house (probably Meiji or Taisho), which still existed a lot in Showa era. There is a deep meaning to entering the gate, and my father and grandfather would say, for example, "Never cross the threshold again" if the family was breaking off ties when they left the house. Also, on the occasion of a happy marriage, they would tell their daughter, "Never cross the threshold again. The nuance is difficult, though. If you two like old shoujo manga anime, try watching the Taisho era "Hai Kara san ga toru" for an idea of what I mean.

When Tanjiro is praised, he simply tells the truth and says that he's come this far thanks to everyone. I think a protagonist who is so honest and doesn't take things for himself is special. That's why I feel he can sympathize with demons.

I love giyu he is my favourite and the muzan entry was epic🔥🔥🔥🔥

Bro it's actually really close. what the hell are you saying. Sanemi does have an advantage due to his blood and his unpredictability otherwise there isn't much difference. Kokushibo does say that these two are the highly skilled Hashira he has ever met but it applies to Giyu and Obanai too but Kokushibo specifically praises Gyomei because his strength and technique really stand out from the rest of them whereas there isn't much to separate Sanemi, Giyu, Obanai. They are all equally amazing.
