I tried from Iphone 6 to Samsung A32 , but it always stop at the IMPORTING CHAT HISTORY phase. It tells that the phone number im trying to backup its different from the one im trying to import. But its exactly the same number. What can i do?

From Samsung to IPhone, the feature is still not supported. You can move chat from iPhone to Samsung now.

whats happens to older google drive back up on android?

Whatsapp is not showing un app list as i a have updated the app in both OS.What could be the issue?

Its not exactly as the video show, at least not in my device (Samsung A32). The only way to make the whatsapp QR code appears on the app is by making the factory reset data transfer. After the process is done and my phone has NONE background tasks about the transferring, all goes well.

Some people got some crushes at 30-35%.. I have no backups since I have no space to do that in the iphone ( yes, unfortunately it needs space on the iphone also). If i cancel transfer operation or get some crush will I lose the chats however?

I'd wished to let the video play all the way to the end to see the final outcome because I've tried the same thing you did, but it only migrates just the names. No media, photos, videos, etc, even though I had previously selected that option.

Delete whatsaoo in samsung phone and retry.

Hi. Did you experience on your iPhone when you select move to android, it will crash after 34%? when I press the move to android button, it automatically shows preparing chats and it shows percentage bar... slight different than your screen

I don't see whatsapp in app action in Smart Switch. Did you face this too? I can't delete Whatsapp in my android abd start over as I already have another whatsapp account. I'm trying to copy this data to second whatsapp account

First delete your WhatsApp on android and do a factory reset. Thn retry.

If there were already chats on the new phone the chats would stay there would it just add more media?

It will work fine. Just take a local backup on your laptop. Even if you won't take that's fine L.

I am stuck in the part of "Getting Chat Ready" . Crash after preparing 38% - 40%. it is always Crashing at 38% & After we resume it is stuck at 39% everytime. Already did this about 30 times and same result. To be honest I will not recommend any third party application as they don’t work properly. Better wait for some more time then you will get WhatsApp data transfer from android to iPhone.

You can try that. Your Samsung phone Wil discharge as its constantly charging the iphone when plug in. Just try with 100% battery.
