    What do you mean by masking sender number? Hiding it? It's not possible to do that.

    @@VinixCode no bro, masking i means, recipient see the sender not from phone number, but from the display name app

    Hi sir!! I have a question..when i try to send message using the test account to a different number it is giving error that the phone number is not present in the recipient list.. so my question is if i use a varified business number to send message does it always ask for a code from the recipient to whom we want to send message?? Kindly help me in it

    Billu, that's right - when you add your own verified phone number you will be able to send messages to anybody on WhatsApp, without having to validate the recipient.

    Please I have a question The WhatsApp api needs to be integrated with a platform to enable you utilize it Now, when your customer replies or sends you a message, where do you receive it ( since the WhatsApp api doesn't use the normal interface )

    @@VinixCode ok thank you I have seen it! To make use of a user friendly interface, the api needs to be integrated with a web application like the one your team is building right? One last question, how can you integrate this cloud api for multiple users? To have your team respond to messages on WhatsApp

    Kay, that’s correct. We’re giving access to this WhatsApp app to a small group of people, until it goes officially public. The app will also enable you to use multiple accounts at the same time, so that multiple agents can reply to messages! That’s a feature we know a lot of people needs.     Kevin, it's possible to initiate a conversation either way (business to user or user to business). I talk about that in the last question of this video.

    Anand, the Cloud API doesn't have that feature at the moment.
