If this becomes a maintenance nightmare then it means the makeover was pretty much pointless and probably should've kept the original

I honestly don’t think it already failed. TT2’s wheels need to get replaced since of the stuff that has happened since. Millennium Force has had wheels replaced a bunch of times, so this could be TT2’s Millenium Force Era. Hopefully they can fix stuff quickly to get it open.

Top Thrill 3 Doesn't look too bad. Guess it's better than nothing.

This would be more forgivable if they like... made the ride longer, or weren't so cheap with it, or did a better job with the themeing, or just buried the hatchet with intamin.

I was just at Cedar Point today. The trains were on the track but the wheels were not on them but I went into the Top Thrill 2 store and asked the workers and I told them I'll be back up at the end of June or July And the workers working in the store said there confident that it will be reopen by The end of June or July !!! So that was a positive sign ! I hope that there right !!! I'm going back up to Cedar point July 11th and im hoping to be able to ride it by then !!!!!

Seasonal employees like merchandise associates don't know anything about this kind of stuff and basically know just as much as we do. Those who do know have to sign an NDA so they can't speak on the matter. Remember those who speak don't know and those who know don't speak.

They might need to slow down the LSMS a little bit since it likes goes 40 miles per hour over the tophat

I work on these coasters at Cedar Point in the engineering and maintenance department. For Top Thrill, all 6 trains wheel systems are being remachined and retro-fitted with a high tinsel steel sub-structure with a much more innovative and heat-flexible system with a low count polymer and vinyl base. We've had the secondary wheel system already in place and manufactured just in case we came to a quality issue. The ride will be reopened in about 21 working days and is ahead of schedule. 👍
