Whatever you do, optimize it!

What's the least amount of exercise you can get away with? I'd rather not say. Not because I might give the wrong answer. But because it's the wrong question. At least for someone dealing with mild cognitive impairment. Whatever you do to defend your cognition, you don't want the least benefit you can get from it. You want the maximum benefit. You want to leverage it for all it's worth.
Are you determined to defend your cognition? I can show you how. Get my book "I Want My Mind Back: The Go Cogno Approach to Halt or Reverse Mild Cognitive Impairment" here: www.amazon.com/dp/B08PRFJPXX
