I think the trick is that if you went cab first, you would smash the cab at the bottom, but you can smash the back end and pull forward.

Yes, that's skilled, and no he's not even close to stuck. He will be able to turn and go forward and it will slide down to the bottom. If he went cab first, he would be dead.

this is a truck trials competition. popular in mid europe. heavy and light duty trucks go though difficult terain. gates are placed in obstacle ground and driver scores points depending on gate hitting/missing. it is similar to rock bouncing competition in the US
