Look up cross rc they have 1/12 radio control models of these trucks they preform just like the full size ones they’re lots of fun to build and run especially because you can have a whole fleet of them 😂

Watching everyone get stuck in that ditch because they have *horrible* approach angles but decent departure angles made me laugh. The obvious solution didn’t seem to occur to anyone.. and that was to turn around and reverse through the ditch. Use the departure angles, and the bad weight distribution, to your advantage.

So cool wish I could do this with full size trucks for now I’ll have to stick with my rc replicas 😂 what was the 6x6? Looks like a zil, I have a 2wd rc model that looks very close to the 6x6 I also have a Ural 4320 from Cross Rc and an Oshkosh mtvr and hemtt they preform very similar to the full size trucks it’s just a lot easier to get unstuck because you can just pick it up and reposition it 😂 but they do also have tiny winches for scale accuracy

super cool! i feel like these folks need to use a bit more wheel speed though. ive taken my very lightly built 95ish f150 mud truck up and through some pretty sticky shit, surely these trucks are every bit as capable as they look. im sure their weight and lack of hp works against them though.

Wheel speed would be great if only they had the horsepower to get it. They’ve got a lot of torque and some low gearing. But, probably well under 200hp.

@@bryanchapa2879 you might be surprised. im not implying its some crazy badass rig, but its fully locked with a zf5 and a healthy small block. it looks like hammered shit, not a straight panel on it, cut fenders, no doors, etc but it gets around pretty well. that said; one of these trucks could very likely (slowly) drag a several thousand lb trailer through the same trails. my truck would struggle with any significant load i imagine, due to the gearing being much higher.

At 1:59, I rather like the pragmatism of truck #638: Why waste time getting stuck in the mud and have to wade through it to get the winch cable out, when you can just run the cable first? :)

У Унимога колёса не одновременно (синхронно) крутятся, у него, видать, полной блокировки нет. А "66-е" даже в стандартном варианте хорошо блокируются своими кулачковыми дифференциалами. У нас в армии (1979-1981) на маршах они лучше всех по грязи ехали! Мира всем!
