Everybody overlooks the RX 6800 non XT. It's such a good card. It's very power efficient, has 16GB of vram and does very good at 1440p at pretty much any game you throw at it.

i dont disagree, but you have to find it at a good price. it isn't worth the 10$ less than the 68 xt tbh, if you look at the difference in SPs of the 6800 to 68 xt, to 69 xt, you'll find that it really isn't worth the money unless you get it dirt cheap and used

Shhhh… don’t give anyone ideas. My RX 6800 runs No Man’s Sky on High and a few Ultra settings at~100 fps and~170 watts at 98% usage on a 3440x1440 monitor. Paired with a Ryzen 7 7800X3D cpu.

nah the most overlooked is the 6800 non XT! you can overclock it and get it close enough to the performance of the XT/rtx 3080. That's the card i have!

Upgraded from a 580 to a 6800xt about two months ago, you appreciate an upgrade so much more when you don't upgrade a lot

Using a gtx 1070 in my current pc! Its awesome! Fh5 at Ultra and 60 fps in most places , Minecraft with high render distances and shaders, gta V completely maxed out , indie games, etc.. And the 8gb of vram come in handy

Ultra instinct, because that's what you have to access to be able to predict what your enemies at higher fps are going to do, thus even 20 fps in fps game, will no longer matter to you. Disclaiminer: You may be called a cheater and kicked out of the games.

I paid £43 for my Ryzen 3 4300ge and it uses barely any power, I absolutely love it.

RX7800xt sapphire for me is the BEST investment I made. I love it and I feel soo happy since its going to last me long and the community of AMD was very supportive with settings and how to apply sweet OC.

I upgraded from a 970 a year or two ago. Its 3.5gb vram came to be just too unfortunate in any halfway-modern game 😢 If not for that, its performance was fine enough!

I was planning to buy the 6800xt but then it went out of stock and shot up from 500 to 800 so I bought the 7800xt for 499 on sale, I do feel like that kid dancing.

mostly, lol. I like the other guy got a 7800xt cause the 6800XT's I saw were 550-650, the 4700 wasn't anywhere near MSRP unless I wanted to drive for miles and hope, and the 7800 was $499 from AMD all day long and took me like 2 mouse clicks. For that price, it's a lot of power for what it is.

Honestly the 980 was fine even till December 2021 my big issue was the vram 4gb but still the core carried punch even after 8 years , I gone with amd because Nvidia prices gone crazy and honestly I not complain my 6900xt satisfied me I hope it gonna last me another 8 to 10 years but still I pay my respect to the GTX 900 series

Been running RX570's on and off since 2018/2019

GTX 1060 is my favorite. It is just like Mourinho. Experienced. But always ends up sacked because of the old fashioned football = crushed by new games

A buddy of mine play games on a mid 2010's Intel UHD Graphics using a knock-off Xbox controller with a fuck ton of stickdrift and he never complained. What an absolute chad.

After the realise of FSR 3 for all GPUs (including Nvidia GPUs too) i can certainly say that i will still be using this card for 5 more years. Like it honestly is a beast of a budget GPU.

Sapphire RX 470 here, flashed first with RX 570 BIOS for performance, and then BIOS modded to an "RX 580" for compatibility (so that AMD driver will ignore the fact that I desoldered a broken power stage's inductor and jacked up the power limits to 480 Watts or some such) in order to get it to run at an overclocked 1340MHz. All that while the card is literally "running on three out of four cylinders." Legend. #amdforlife

For what its worth, the GTX 1660 line of cards are about the only ones that while not having RT support, can do mesh shaders. That means you can run Alan Wake 2 on them and at low settings get about a Xbox Series S experience still. That means you can basically run the game faster than a GTX 1070/1080 or RX 590/Vega/RX 5600/5700 since they lack mesh shader support. Most of the problematic PC ports released in 2023 have been patched up well now too, so you can run them decently on the GTX 1660.

You don't need the mesh support to play Alan Wake 2. Plenty of videos with 5700xt running it without issue

Used Intel Hd 3000 Integrated graphics from 2016-2024 in a laptop from 2011, and built my first pc this year with an RX 6600 under the hood. It's a beautiful experience. Side note: The laptop still works great despite years of getting the everloving hell beat out of it running games it never should have been running.

I got an rx 7900 xtx but I'd say my attitude is more like the guy who has a rx 6800 xt.

I brought an old Fujitsu Celsius workstation, slapped in 18GB of RAM, 2 Xeon 5660 CPUs and an RX580. Runs RE4 Remake on High with an avg. 54FPS. It was 40 bucks from Facebook Marketplace because the seller thought it was faulty....The PSU connector was loose, and a new CMOS battery was needed.

1060 the greatest of all time, price and performance were unbeatable back then!

Rx 580 is a BEAST for what it is. I don't use it anymore, but when I did it somehow managed to run some pretty graphically intense games at 60fps

RX 580 2048 sp is UNMATCHED in price for performance in my country where electronics and PC parts are taxed to hell. the 2048 sp rx 580 costs 120 bucks here but at 120 bucks no other graphics card can perform this well and have 8gigs of vram because this thing is from china. it is cheaper than a 6gb card and works better i love it

I still run my RX580, it's some rare retro DD edition that looks gorgeous, is clocked slightly higher, and has several thick copper heat pipes, the backplate is really pretty too and the whole thing is going for this gold bronze and black look, it's literally the size of a tripple fan GPU even though it only has 2 fans, this thing is MASSIVE
