Nepal government and relavent authorities should implement stritct regulations on sell, consumption and advertisiment of nicotine vapes in Nepal. It shouldn't be compared with the use of cigarettes.

I've seen few people like you while most are addicted to vape

go cold turkey, guys. it is the only way to quit cigs. its almost 7 months for me.. replacing cigs with vape or any other nicotine supplement is not a good idea. or else you will get dependent on those supplements. in most of the cases, you end up getting addicted to cigs and those nicotine supplements at the same time.

But you have brought up a great issue and made people aware about what vapes actually are! The misconception must not stay! If you are not a smoker, please do not vape! Especially kids! he never mentioned how vaping is harmful. In fact when he said more than 25k teens got serious complications, it was actually just 2.5k among the many millions. so yeah, I don't see how vaping is harmful. also i don't vape and i am not planning on doing so as well.
