Now I trust the universe and believe it has my back no matter the circumstances, I know that if sometimes things may look and feel like they’re ‘falling apart’ it’s actually because everything is falling into place. 🧡

I feel more along this line of thinking. I think we delay or defeat our true place in life when we attempt to specify what we want too much . Listening to our soul is a much more productive endeavor in my opinion. I've gotten a whole lot better at following my intuition and making preparations for the things that are coming. How do I know they are coming? Faith.

I guess it's the trauma that causes us to shrink up inside, to want to hide, to die, to be alone. (Because there we at least won't get hurt, again.) Now what? One day at a time. One step in front of the other. At the end of a year, you would have done 365 positive, proactive things toward healing... Maybe it's time to call out for help. I don't know. All I know is I did. To whom? You know. We know. Think back to when you were 5, or 6... (We all know who to call out to if we aren't completely obliterated by then.) We don't see it when we are in it. But my own experience tells me He is there... And ready to help when we call out. Please do, if you haven't. You are loved.

Synchronistic Mathematics is a truth system that reveals what is right in front of your face. What is tricky is "recognition". It begins with a sincere curiosity. In 24 years I have discovered that absolutely most people are only superficially curious. Ego is a protector against change. Conformity to conventional thinking is food for the ego.

I think most people have a tough time knowing what they do want. For most of us, we've already experienced the things we don't want, and they might even be things that we wanted at one time, only to discover that it wasn't the "Great thing" we thought it would be. Then we become a little "gun shy" about the things we do want. It's important to really think about what you do want because some things come with a lot of attachments that weren't necessarily thought about or desired initially.

For the past few years, I’ve been dealing with synchronicity and just recently I finally discovered the name of this strange phenomenon that would happen to me. And when I was young, sometimes I would have dreams that would then come try the next day and at one point I was scared to sleep because it was that bad! Now I’m in my mid 20s, grateful for my twin babies born on 11/11 and when times get tough, angel numbers appear to help guide me and synchronicity appears when I’m out of those tough times and more focused on life

That’s what I’ve been doing my whole adult life. I can list you a hundred things I don’t want, but it’s almost impossible for me to list what I do want. I mean, of course there are things I know for sure, but take a job for instance. I spent 27+ years in an office setting, working my way up to an impressive salary, only to be punted to the curb. Starting over in my late forties, I knew I didn’t want an office job, but I couldn’t tell you what kind of job I did want. Now, at 54, I’m still in an office job part time (also 24/7 caregiver for my elderly mom with no help at all) and I still don’t know what I want to do when I grow up.

7:13 The practice of “hands off approach” is called old school meditation. I’ve been thinking about this lately, I kind of think too many manifesting channels/coaches/videos over complicate it. I say stop focusing so much on the thing or result you want, and get back to old school meditation, in the here and now.

What it means is that you are not actually seeking the desire you are seeking yourself that feels complete, not how you are explaining it. In fact when you get your desire you will feel this is not what I thought I was seeking.

I love this. Ashley I am fairly new to the blessings I have been searching for and am now receiving. Kind of overwhelming sometimes how amazing life is. My belief is that we get our blessings when we are ready. Otherwise it wouldn't be perfect. Which the incredible timing of blessings have in common. Ty. I am a huge fan after your authentic insight.

I'm one of those people that is astonished by the accuracy of this post to what I am feeling. I really was stuck in my head about feeling so far from my target and you posted this minutes ago. Often I find myself agitated because there are two cliche advices: 1) don't force it and it will come and 2) you must put in an active effort to make the thing happen. Both feel so right and so wrong, so I just sit spinning my wheels. When I lose an item, I'm more likely to find it if I forget about it, but in terms of my vision, I can't forget it. I feel a heightened urge for this vision for my future to happen because I see it as a divine...command? ("command" feels too harsh but it's the best I've got.) I know I am here to heal the community in my unique way, so it's easy to feel I'm failing when I'm lost as to how to bring it in. Anyway, thank you for offering yourself to the flow of things to be so in tune with what someone may need out there!

Ashley I so love this concept. I’m thinking there is additional factor at hand that many times could be involved. Just like dark matter gives unseen structure to the universe, this force can repel us away from something thereby increasing the likelihood that the magnets can join. For instance, a divorce or breakup; loss of a job; etc. Something is pushing us away from that and into a new space of possibility where our magical magnet thingy can happen. For me, I’ve always wanted to go to the Chelsea Flower Show in England. My spouse has recently found time to occupy himself with a huge project. This is the repelling force that caused me to finally look up the flower show website, see the tickets and dates and look at flights.

Just subscribed. This so much reminds me of another video that resonated with me yesterday. I work at a trendy Brunch spot on Sundays and I get so depressed at all the happy gay guy couples coming in to have a leisurely Sunday Brunch with their boyfriend and/or husband. I feel like Cinderella pre-Godmother, where's my Prince Charming? The video I watched said that as much as you're seeking a certain soneone, so too that certain someone is seeking you. It advised rather than "chasing butterflies" to work on yourself and your "garden will naturally attract the butterflies to it." Sort of similar to the advice in your video here. Perhaps in tending to my garden I attracted your video to further reinforce this energy principle 🙂

It pretty much happens all the time. But I don't realize it til afterwards. Sometimes when I already have it, I'm still 'fighting' for it. Like this relationship I'm in. I wanted it for 9 months, now I have it, and suddenly it's not so special anymore 😂 I know he's been looking for me, too ...he just didn't know it was me when we met. He does now.

Totally! You're nailing it. Things not making sense means you're getting the message exactly in the way you need. Just notice how you feel in your body. If it's good, then you're doing it right.

Ashley, What would you tell someone who has practiced these exact principles w no results. Yes to the loving characteristics Yes to letting go / surrender Yes to using these exaxt recipes. I have manifested all the "things" and sadly not able to find the guy looking for me. I think my recipe book is kinda pooped out at least today. If I had a wish, I would love to hv that precious moment where ya just know and relax into a peaceful state together. I hv experienced this and it's amazing. Ty just rambling ❤

thank you and i feel you on this. it really can be exhausting. if you were a client ,).... i'd start to do some discovery work around beliefs. beliefs are some of the most powerful forces / blocks in our lives, and most are unconscious. this may not be true for you. first question i'd ask you: what might someone believe in order to have this experience? maybe not you, but someone that looks just like you. from there i could gather a lot more info. for myself -- i believed the kind of man i wanted didn't exist at all. i told myself it just wasn't possible -- a man that was spiritual, smart, grounded (not too woo woo), doing the work etc. fast forward years later and i married him. i love him more and more each day. just my own experience :)

I keep hearing spiritual messages, "buckle up sister.!" I am in the best place in my life and hv done the work (lots of work) and suddenly it's feeling yummy w frustration if ya get my lack of patience drift. So now, Aspen Ann (doggy) and I go for walks and I talk to him. I adore your kindness and smarts. I can't wait to tell you my love story. Feels yummy inside...love ya Sally 😋

love this Sally. and thank you for the kind note. my team received it. for me -- i had to become the lover i was searching for. once i did that, THEN my guy showed up. i did eleven 5-day meditation retreats not because i had an agenda, but because i knew there was a little one inside that i needed to get to know / heal. and, i was not looking for my guy. quite the opposite and VIOLA! he arrived. i am extremely grateful every day to have a place to land this big love.

What I adore is the testimony ❤️ that our desires for love meet us and their looking too. VIOLA! I've done oodles of meditation retreats ) as well. Really intense commitment. I'm really in the middle of a transformational buzz and it's wild inside. Today after yakking lovingly w you, I keep hearing "INFUSE your every wish w infinite love and gratitude" knowing arrival is a hot dignity yes. Lived in SF for years and now Northern Virginia! Odd question maybe, but I am curious how the SM algorithms figures into 'feelings' and 'intuition' here. Because although it picks up on things we actively search for, we don't really control that. So, how is SM and the algorithms conceptualised?

Can i ask a weird question? There is a girl im crushing on at my gym... i basically got her number, hugged and flirted with her... since then shes wore the same colors as me at gym, same workout and i keep seeing the number 22.. she played volleyball, and her nunber was 22..
