The Charmee brand can be a dupe to the always brand..they have Charmee pants 😊...but I haven't tried it I just see it in the grocery store....

Charmee sells menstrual pants but only has 2pc per pack. You can buy it for around 50 per pack in most groceries. ☺ Works well with me when I get a heavy flow, I even use it out while malling and when wearing denim shorts, super comfy and not too bulky. Great Vid! Wink mom here too! ☺

CHARMEE actually sell the same thing with always. they have an underwear type "napkin/adult diaper/period underwear". It think its 50 or 150 pesos

period panties from thinx are life saver esp if you use menstrual cup so it is v v sustainable ❤️ I think kotex has the same style with the diapers you showed but I only saw it in S&R so maybe it is available in Lazada or Shopee. Not sure though

I tandem feed my 2 kids and never had any issue with cracked nipples even during the first week. You might want to check if your baby is properly latching when he is feeding. Cracked nipples might be because or improper latch or tongue/lip tie.
