Mistakes I made as a mom, Things Im doing different
After a month with my second baby, I quickly learned and realized that I had so many things wrong. With my first, Scott, I always complained that he wasn’t a good sleeper and that he would feed every hour all day. I wasn’t getting any sleep or rest, and I was constantly anxious trying to figure out what was wrong. With my second baby, Sevi, however, things are the opposite! He is so calm. He sleeps 6-8 hour stretches at night at just 6 weeks old. He hardly cries for long stretches of time and naps well in the day. We didn’t get on this schedule with Scottie until about 5 months! So what did i do wrong the first time around? Watch and learn. Hopeful that this video helps you out too if you are a struggling mama. I surely know how it feels. But before trying any of my tips, don’t forget that it’s still best to consult your doctor 🙏🏼 Goodluck parents!

Not a momma, but I fell inlove with Ms. Kryz and her info dump in this vlog. Super appreciate our moms 💗 Scottie and Sevi are growing in a healthy environment 🥰🥰
As someone who’s studying human development, ate kryz is right. I love to hear that she knows that her children must also experience bad things because it will help them perceive life in grayscale. I’m obsessed on watching your vlogs ate kryz cause your parenting styles is what should parents be doing to their child these days.

Hi! I'm selling my e-book copy of Moms On Call schedule book 1 for only ₱99! PM me 😊
You really can see her dedication to this momma life, her passion to know the best for her kids and ultimately be the best version of herself for her family. Equally same with Slater. 💗
I'm not even a mom, nor someone close to being one. yet I'm enjoying this video seeing how much passion you put into being a mom, and not only resort to what traditional authoritative figures tell you. i love how modern parents are now gently finding their ways into research and try their best to build better environments for their kids.
I appreciate Kryz for being such a hands on mom despite of being may kakayahan sa buhay 😍
This was so helpful for me with a 2 week old! Be gracious to yourself and do what works for your baby and family. All the advice I get from ppl is overwhelming....No paci, let them cry it out, don’t let them cry it out, you can’t spoil a baby, get them on a routine, have them fit into your life, etc etc. my mental health has declined this pregnancy and motherhood, as I am trying to do the right thing and take care of myself. I can only imagine every mom struggles with the same feelings. Take it easy everyone! Know that you’re trying your best and your baby is going to be just fine ❤️
Even if I am not a parent yet, I have learned so much from your vlogs/story-telling sessions Kryz. You surely are a good and responsible mama! Hope all the mama's out there get to watch this and be inspired as I did.
It feels like you’re training me to be a mom now. Hahaha!
You're still my inspiration in life, Kryzie! It's amazing how you navigate your married and mom life. Keep making these contents.
I'm a mom of 3 months old twins and I'm very much thankful to this vlog miss Kris. I badly needed it this this time. Thank you so much! More of this please!
This is so educational. Thank you so much for the effort in making this, Kryz!
This momma to be is learning so much from you kryz...thank you!!!!💓
I wish this kind of advice was available before when I had my children. So informative. Love it
Waiting for the moms on call review! Will definitely try it out on our baby 😊
I always loved your content, Ms. Kryz! Thank you for generously sharing your and your family's life. God bless you and the whole skyfam always 💕
Yes girl! I’m a Newborn Care Specialist and Lactation Consultant in CA and I super agree with every thing you have said in this video!!!! Keep it up girl! You inspire so many!
Thank you so much kryz! This is so comforting and really helpful. I’m a first time mom living overseas, no helpers ( just me and my husband) and my baby is 2 weeks old, kinda overwhelming but your videos and advices are really really helpful. Actually been curious and researched about mom on call and I might give it a try. Hopefully, i’ll hear more from you how was your journey about it! God bless you and your fam💕
Kryz is so patient and smart. She needs this best mama award.
Thank you Kryz! Moms on call will really be a big help. I am on my 2nd pregnancy and so thankful for this vlog. I can relate, i also do all of those during my 1st baby just like you.

Super useful tips and you’re truly an inspiring Mama, Kryz. Thank you. ♥️
Wow the last part made me cry. Thanks so much for sharing your wisdom Kryz. Very helpful indeed to first time moms!
Ahh I super love Kryz’s honesty with her motherhood experience. ❤️
All you said is so right and so true! My daughter is 10 years old now and believe it or not ,I have so many realizations and mistakes made while raising her as a first time mom. Experience and a lot of research make you wholesome mom. You’re doing great and thank you for always sharing and always generous to your fam.💜💜💜💜
I don't always leave a comment to videos that I'm watching but I would like to let you know ate Kryz that you're really an inspiration for other moms like me. Keep doing what you do. Be safe.
I was also on “mom on call schedule” for my first born and it worked so well. I did it unknowingly though - it just happened that I was so dependent on my feeding app and being a FTM with no village, I thought it was the only way LOL and had no idea it was actually a thing. It easily put our lives on a routine since newborn days and I think it’s one of the the reasons why he’s become such an easy baby/toddler who sleeps well. I was planning on changing some stuff for my second bubs (like to be more laidback and feed on demand) but I might not na lang after watching this lol Thank you for this vlog, my first born is the same age as Scottie and I’m expecting our second bub in September. I feel like you’re my virtual mum friend who is my “karamay/kaagapay” through motherhood times haha xx
Thank you so much kryz. This is really helpful for me as a first time mom. 🥰
wow i really admire you not only as a woman and a wife but also as a mother!(coming from not a married&momma yet but I'm really amaze by you ate kryz) 🙌❤️
I'm a mom of a 7-month old baby and I totally agree with everything you said. My children are 7 years apart. And when I had my 2nd baby, I also did a lot of things different from what I did on my 1st. Sleeping with the lights off (dim light is enough), feeding on schedule, letting him soothe himself, and pacifier. Though he doesn't like pacifier now but it did helped a lot to soothe him. You're doing a great job, momma!
I'm a first time mom, and I can relate to the part of being an "overanalyzer". It's really hard not to know what your baby is trying to say. But thankfully, we're surviving day by day and I'm grateful to have a partner who is there for every worry that I have. And yeah, schedule does help.
Kryz is really meant to be a mom 💛 So proud of how passionate you are as a mom and wifey. Sa lahat ng family vlogs, sayo lang ako nakakakuha ng new info about parenthood. I’m not yet a mom, pero I appreciate the tips so much 😊😊😊
Awwww Sevi and Scottie are so swerte to have you as their mama. ❤❤
I always look forward to your posts ms. Kryz.. i just love how you share a lot with your family cuddles and fun moments.. i look up to you on how you try to handle things and put them in balance.. and i admire how you and sir slater find time for each other.. more power to you and your craft! 🥰😍
This is really a big help for me as a first time Mom. I learned so much from your videos. Thank you! 💖

Good point with the pacifier. It actually helped us a lot when Popcorn was little. My in-laws are retired nurses and didn't raise eyebrows, thankfully. This vlog is very useful. Thanks, Kryz!

This is very helpful mommy Kryz. Thank you! ❤️
New momma from Vancouver, Canada here!! i love all your MOM content, very relatable! 🤍 more please!
I applied this scheduled breastfeeding with my baby and it really helps my baby to know when is feeding/meal time. Now that he is a toddler he eats a lot during meal time. He sleeps more during nap time and he's on schedule even now he's toddler.
Thank you for the tips Kryz ☺️ cant wait for more videos and tips for new born
after watching this, i have so many realizations with what I have been doing recently with my baby. 😳 thanksomuch for this Ms. Kryz. i really learned a lot. ❣️
As a NICU nurse for 10yrs, your realization is correct😊
Hi Kryz, I'm not a mom yet (just a new 'tita' to my first pamangkin). I always find your vlogs so sooooo useful. Thank you for making an effort to share this to every mom and mom-to-be. 🤍 Looking forward to more vlogs and tips from you! ✨
A single lady (since birth) right here would definitely go back and rewatch this video in the future when I become a mom. Watching mommy Kryz's dedication and passion finding the best way she could raise her children makes me super duper excited to be a mom as well! Key takeaway: It's okay when things don't go with the plan/schedule and we can't always be there for them. And that's when they can learn how to cope up and adjust to life challenges and differences✨ Preparation is the key jud. Mommyhood ain't easy pero would definitely keep everything in mind. Thank you Ms. Kryz! 🤗☺️😁
I'm a first time mom and I'm on my 30th week. day by day I'm getting anxious because I have no idea how to do it properly and perfectly. your vlogs really helped me ease my anxiety. thank you so much Kryz. I really love your videos since I got pregnant and now a full time momma to a baby boy. Thanks Kryz 😘♥️
Woww I resonate so much with your point about sleep. I am the mom of a 5 month old and have realized my mistake in being too relaxed about sleep etiquette. We also wanted to be the “chill” parents and not make our baby a picky sleeper and we did exactly the opposite. I now realize that sleep independence from early on is key to everyone’s sanity!
Woah... Superb.. Thank you Kryz for sharing this helpful information. I am so exhausted momma and don't know what to do. You comfort me with your words. . Keep it up and More Blessings to sky Family ✨.

I also used pacifier (a lot raised their eyebrows). I got scared that I will have a hard time to stop my baby from using it, as many said. But thank God, when she’s around 1yo, when i discontinued giving her her pacifier, we didn’t have that much difficulty. Hurrah! No thumb-sucking, too. 🙂
Very Informative and Realistic Ms Kryzzie especially for the first time parents like Us., More Vlogs about taking care of baby pleaseeeee...,God Bless
As a new mom, actually my kid and ms. kryz have the same birth date, so we are kind of dealing same situation. This vlog is so comforting grabeeee. Especially when you’re still figuring out how and what to do with your LO in their first few months. Thank you Ms. Kryz for sharing your journey to all of us. Im sure all moms will look forward about Moms on Call “hack”. Hehe ❤️
This video is really informative Kryz. I am a first time mum too and was guilty of a lot of things.
I’m a first time mom 4months PP, and I can totally relate with everything you’ve said Ms. Kryz. Yeah, take it easy mommas! every child is different from one another and the routine isn’t gonna be perfect all the time. I used to be so stressed with everything! 😹 Thank you Ms. Kryz, your video is very informative and I’m giving you A+ for exerting effort just to give us this kind of videos ❤️

You're absolutely a great Mom !
Thank you so much for this! I wish I knew all of this before I had my baby. I did all the mistakes you mentioned, intervened too much, feed on demand, never gave a pacifier. Now my baby is 1 year old and is super needy. I still haven't had a full night sleep since I gave birth. 😂 it's liberating too hear that we don't need to be there for them all the time so they'd learn how to be resilient and that's okay. Older gens always tell us a baby is only young once so we need to be there 24/7 but they don't realize the mental and physical exhaustion we go through because of this.
Thanks, I'm learning a lot. Hope you'll do this more often. ❤️
That is very true. After all, life's all about a single journey. It's always best to teach your kids the survival skills so they can easily learn how to live on their own growing up. Our role as part of the family must only be a guidance for them. Kudos to you Kryz for doing the research which everyone must need to know.
This vlog is going to help a lot. Thank you, Ms. Kryz :)
Omg. This is what I need. Preggy on our first baby. Thank you Kryz.
