@@euniceberthran1491 Healing is a decision one has to take to my best of knowledge, It hurts but one has to consciously take the courage to let go of whatever caused the pain. I decided to move on and see myself better than I was at that time. I believed it was just a phase and I would definitely go past it. All these with the help of God 💯 Talk to God about the pain, everything basically and you'll find comfort, just as I did. God bless you sis 🙏

This preaching is perfectly for me because I just realized that I've been holding on to traumas of the past especially emotional trauma which really affected me and is still affecting me. I've been holding on to so many grudges and I've blocked some people and created a walI around me because of those bad memories. I really need to heal because I always feel stuck in one place each time I try to move on. I just thank God for using you sir to open my eyes. God bless you sir.

I must heal from my past, background dysfunctionality, the wrong words spoken to me, scars, mistakes, and past emotional traumas. The journey of my healing is between me and my God. I need to heal before I deal. Overreaction is a sign that healing from a hurt has not yet taken place. I receive the grace to heal and forgive those who have hurt me in the past. God has something great in stock for me.

Learn from your mistakes,pick yourself up again,you are a Queen.Get up and deal.Don’t give people the impression that they are so important you can’t find their kind.
