The '02 was more raw before Renault really had more of a presence within Nissan corporate. Looks like Nissan tried to refine it starting with the 04-06 but why they gave it the bucktoof still amazes me. I need to convert my '02 to Uprev but really don't want to loose the look of my center dash gauges. IIRC Nissan counts the center speaker cones of the rear speakers as another speaker.

I don't understand the love for the 02-03 front bumper...It looks like it doesn't belong, like a cheap ricer aftermarket bumper on an econobox 4 door body. I like my 04 way better, it suits the body better and makes it look more like a sleeper. All the 04-06 needs to look it's best, is to remove the bucktooth grille. I got a nice aftermarket one and makes the front end look so much better!

Two tweeters on the front pillars, two door speakers, sub, and the rear deck speakers are 2-way[ish]. Nine.

The all black seats in 05 and 06 (for spec V) have the same bolstering as previous years. Fun fact, the specv got seats from r34s. Rockford fosgate packages were available on 2000 se B15s, (which you totally should have mentioned). There is a tuning difference from ser to specv. There are piggy back tuning options for all years, and if you want to go analog in the 02/03, nisformance and JWT will tune your ECU, and you can plug and play. If you ordered brembos, supposedly they didnt have a sunroof option available, it was one or the other if you got either for the 04 to 06 model years, and not every car has abs, or nats (security system). If you got the brembo package, the rear brakes utilized the same caliper, but a bigger rotor to have better brake pad area. The difference was the brackets the caliper mounted up to, to better fit the rotor. You should do a video on the different Nismo parts available, s-tune spec and r-tune spec factory options. And also theres a story about the nissan designer for the p2-03 thay got his ass handed to him for making the SER front bumper resemble the Skyline / Frontier, hence the redesign got the same bumper as the base models. Aside from the black headlights the ser tail lights are also a tint darfker than OEM/ s models.

I was half asleep when I recorded that video. I have thought about doing a video for each year and trim levels and options for each year. I really don’t know much about the 2000 SE besides it has a sr20 I think. I have a old video going over tuning options. I really like the video idea on nismo parts. I don’t know anything about the story of the nismo designer so if you got any links I wouldn’t mind checking it out. I would love to learn more about that.

That’s an endeavor I’ve done some research on and you’re not goin to want to do it at the end of the day. Yeah it’s goin to be unique but the qg18de (from what I’ve heard) likely won’t last too long. Especially if it’s a 4 speed automatic. You’re better off just buying a Spec V or a manual SER. You’ll be saving a lot buying one of these too then trying to juice out a 1.8. You could also just put the 1.8 special edition emblem on a spec v that also gets the job done

From what I seen , all you need is fuel injection and upgraded pistons and rods , there’s Audi and vw 1.8s so I wouldn’t see why can the Sentra make power . But yea I’m just saving up might get a 2012 Audi s5 , that bad boy is Nice

@@carlostabera1474 if going fast is the main goal you can save a lot of time and money just buying any 600cc+ sport bike.. it will cost about 3 grand and will be faster then 99% of modified sentras. If your trying just enjoy building your car or just build something unique I say go for it.
