I used to be the 'Life and soul' of the party and the silliness was a way of overcoming the 'inferior complex' i used to have..but now its just a natural aspect of my character! Some people would call it goofy and humour i love as much as i love lots of things..( Useful tip here for anyone whom needs it...if your shy and feeling socially awkward as i used to be...the best thing to overcome it, is to learn to laugh at yourself...by making others have a good laugh at your supposed ridiculousness..because laughter is highly infectious and has multiple health benifits) ...people laugh at you, others laugh with you 'The preffered type, by self anyway...and others are so stiff and rigid in their expressions they just wont get what your doing anyway...those types tell you that you don't need them in your life!...I used to have 'Social anxiety a lot' but know my self esteem and confidence has grown due to self and others healing and nurturing, its back to where it should be, and so am i...done a lot of inner work and healing, not wishing to waste what i spent a lot of money on, attuning to the Reiki 3 teaching level of healing...'Laughter and letting go of people that no longer serve whom you have become is essential and no big deal. ..because when you feel different inside then they fall by the wayside anyway...doesnt mean that you cannot say hello to them but you will desire to spend less and less of your time in their company and thats how you know you are transmuting the past and moving into your 'Real unique self'...and not the self that others wanted you to be for them...and my birthchart describes my character as 'Animated' and i wondered about that for a long time, but know that i am an animated individual...love and light xx
