    Assalam o alakum. Dr sb I did not take sugar for about 6 months. I agree with you all you told. But after that I felt cold and weakness in body. So I started to take gur/ brown sugar in morning tea once a day. Resultantly now I do not feel cold or weakness in my body.

    Diabetic people and even pre-diabetic should not take this risk at all. Low sugar that's called hypoglycemia is very dangerous and it can cause death. Secondly those people who are taking medicines for diabetes must be careful. This advice is good for the young and healthy people who have no sugar issues. Any how this is a very nice advice to remain healthy and enjoy healthy life.

    Brother recently I check my blood test and doctor told me you have pre diabetes on diabetics border so shocked for me and from that day I stop soft drinks/ sugar/ tea / and all sweets but some time use some fruits/ I m scared to not convert diabetics ....and doctor say its reversible?

    But they are natural sugars like fructose and etc. if you think quitting sugar means no sugar at all not even natural sugars so you are thinking wromg because we need to quit refined sugar. which is processed through chemicals to refine it. avoid refined sugar because it's harmful and try to avoid jaggery and honey too because nowadays honey is mixed with cornsyrup too but at least avoid white refined sugar if you do that you will gain all of the health benefits but try to eat natural sugar foods moderately not too much

    I think he's talking about added sugar, white sugar, and man made items that has added sugar ice creams, juices, chocolates, bakery sweets etc...and not natural sugar such as fruits etc. It's just my opinion, I may be incorrect.

    میں مانتی ہوں کہ یہ ریسرچ پاکستان کی نہیں ہے مگر میرے بھائی ہر بندے کو ایک انگلش نہیں اتی ہے اگر وہ کسی طرح سے اردو میں اس بات کو سمجھا رہے ہیں سمجھانے دیجیے کچھ تو لوگوں کا بھلا ہوگا نارتھ امریکن سوسائٹی میں تو بچے بچے کو اس بات کا علم ہوتا ہے اگر یہی معلومات ہمارے بچوں کو ہمارے بڑوں کو مل رہی ہے تو ان کی معلومات میں اضافہ ہو رہا ہے اگر کوئی ایک بھی اس پر عمل کر لے گا تو کم از کم ویڈیو بنانے والے کو ثواب ضرور ملے گا دنیا کی سب سے اسان ترین چیز تنقید ہے

    ڈاکٹر صاحب کافی حد تک میں اپ کی باتوں سے متفق نہیں ہوں کیونکہ میٹھا کھانا حضور اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ والہ وسلم کی سنت ہے لیکن چینی اور یہ کچھ چیزیں ایسی ہیں جن سے ہم لوگوں کو پرہیز کرنا چاہیے لیکن خدارا اتنے فائدے نہ بتائیں میٹھا نہ کھانے کے کہ لوگ میٹھا کھانا ہی بھول جائیں

    That was organic sugar mainly from dates. We take synthetic sugar. Moreover in the Era of Prophet (PBUH), there were alot of hectic work , physical activities & movement. We don't do that in this modern Era. That's why sugar is not pleasant for health.
