What our channel is about:
We bought this semi-detached bungalow in August 2022 and given ourselves 3years to flip the property and sell on. We have a target budget of £70,000! Natasha is the editor and video maker, while Rhys is the builder (a carpenter by trade). We plan on doing 95% of the work ourselves to keep costs down.
This channel is for documenting our experiences - Good or Bad. This is our first time doing anything like this with full times jobs! Can we stick within our budget? Hi both somehow missed your flooring being taken up , they definitely have value for anyone looking for repairs etc . As for the groves as like modern wood flooring it helps prevent warping, and can help with gluing and levelling . Like the idea of them being reused , how about a sort of features but done in a random fashion . Check on line for ideas , plus that wood is probably well over a hundred years old . Try finding that a DIY store . Kind regards 😂

I’ve heard many cost for second hand flooring over the years, it would be nice to sell it on but we really would like to use some for a artsy project to keep a bit of original in the house 👌
