WHAT WE EAT IN A WEEK (LOW CARB) Week 2

(Note: There is no breakfast for Monday, and no video for completed Monday dinner. No idea what happened to it.)
My husband and I are embracing the low carb life for health reasons, and I thought I would share some of our meals. I know there are many other videos out there portraying meal plans that are essentially large chunks of meat with the occasional vegetable, chunk of cheese or egg. Those types of meals are very "clean". You probably would not see keto flour or artificial sweeteners in those videos, but we are not hard core. I suppose you could say we are more "dirty" low carbers. I have no calories, fats, carbs or proteins listed. We are not even really tracking those. We are just attempting to slowly transition from our old ways. I personally love to cook and crave variety. I make no claims that this is keto, or a perfectly low carb meal plan, it is just us, bread loving, carb junkies trying to make smart personal choices to increase our quality of life and improve our health. Tips and suggestions are appreciated. Enjoy!
