Beautiful family I love they are raising their daughter vegan they look really healthy. My husband has been a diabetic on insulin for 40yrs. we went vegan and now he is off half of his insulin and the Dr. said his kidneys are improving and he is off cholesterol and high blood pressure medication. The funny part is people are always claiming vegans are not healthy or always hungry most days I literally only eat 2 meals because what I eat is very nourishing.

Joyness * I agree I actually stopped eating pork, red meat can food, fast food and drinking milk 20yrs. ago so it was not hard for me to go plant base. We use to eat a lot of store bought prepackaged foods when I began to look at the ingredients and sodium levels I told my husband "we are really not eating healthy" so I started making all our food from scratch. Then I told my husband we really aren't eating that healthy unless we grow our own food so last year we started growing our own food our first time growing such a variety of fruit and vegetables and herbs we were so excited and encouraged we are planting a much larger variety this year.

Queentina Roberts That is awesome! I’ve gone through phases of trying to get my family healthy. I’ve had years where I grew large Gardens then moved and it wasn’t that possible. I’m back too slowly getting my family to eatting healthy. It is a big life style change to make all food from scratch. It def takes discipline and habit. With 4 young kids and running a small daycare I find it hard but I’ll get there.

It also teaches food lessons that even if they veer off when they're teenagers and college students...they can always come back to later in life. I got sucked into easy convenience foods in college. However, when I finally decided to take control of my health, it was a pleasant surprise to realize I still knew how to select and prepare healthy tasty meals because I acquired tastes for them in my youth. It also only took about a month for me to reset my taste buds because I already knew the foods had flavors I loved...I just had to get past all the hypersensitization that goes on when you eat so much food filled with artifice. It's a life lesson that even if it gets lost during their adolescence and young adulthood...can be found again.

Mama Three, so true! I always gave mine choices and they could eat what was there or have extra of what they liked and so on! All of my 4 loved everything until they went to school in the US. Then they were influenced by other children who didn't like this and that and a whole lot of other things and so my 3 boys became picky! Thank the LORD two will eat most types ot fruit but when it comes to veggies all 3 will only eat corn and potatoes! So no salads no tomatoes, not even ketchup or ranch no mayo no mustard! Burgers are cheeseburgers plain! They will eat most types of meat! My daughter still eats most things, like me tho we tend more towards fruits and veggies for the main part of our meals with small serving s of meat most meals!I All of my kiddos grew up health rarely ill if ever except my thrid has mild asbergers or however it's spelled! But all 3 boys have decided to try things if they had never tried that they could recall or if a woman convinced them to try they were missing out and so my oldest has a little bit of a bigger diet and my third is trying as well, the second will try something new but it tends to bother his stomach. He is the one with asbergers. He will eat a serving size of whatever and eat all of his food but in 300 minutes to an hour it comes back up.😕

As a child our daily snacks were fruits, because it was all around us. And we get it straight from the trees. Any kind of fruit we have it all. We didn't know what candys, sodas and junk food was. Every other day we eat fresh food. Nothing is kept more than 2days. Everything fall apart when we started getting influence by the western world.

February 12, 2019. One month + update: To all who will read at least a portion of this, be forewarned. It is loooooonnnnng! This was a passion-driven response in which I gathered up ALL of what the “haters” had to say and tried to address them all in one post. I have taken in both the positive (most) and negative (few) responses to my post. ALL were valuable to me as a learning experience. This is my first and LAST long post on KZread. I admit that I went overboard. It is BEYOND a comment and is more like a book. I read only HALF of it to a friend the other day when we were on a long drive. I stopped after reading only half because I realized how ridiculously long it is. We had great laughs over ALL the comments to me. Some of you are quite funny😂🤣 I DO stand by everything I said, though, for it addresses many criticisms made to this beautiful by the haters. They have opened up their lives to all from the fullness of their 💕. If you can’t appreciate them, at least offer your comments constructively without the profanity. I have replied to quite a few responders to my post. The ones who showed how dark their hearts are did not get a response, for I consider it to be useless. My suggestion to those who read even a portion, at least, get whatever you can out of it if you find some points educational. I have deleted the shorter version. Either read this, or don’t read it. Blessings to you🙏either way. To the haters: don’t bother with all the profanity. I will never see it, for I am not going to waste any more of my time reading them. 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗 They all have Clear skin, bright sclera of their eyes, alert, energetic, cheerful child whose weight appears to be right for her age and height. The Child is still nursing on mother’s nutrient-rich milk. There is nothing “poor” about this child. She will probably never have cavities in her teeth due to absence of refined sugar and empty calories found in what the average bloated, sick American eats. They are “eating the rainbow” I.e. there is a full spectrum of color in the food on their plates. There are many levels to our being. There is a reason why Nature creates fruits and vegetables in bright colors, NOT white, grey, and brown. It is because each color has a vibrational quality that supports vigor and health. I suppose some of you advocating that she give the child toast ( made from denatured white flour and which has NO nutritional quality) imagine the child is being deprived of something that is considered “substantial,” hence REAL FOOD. She IS being deprived - of the opportunity of developing diabetes, heart disease, high cholesterol, obesity, tooth decay ( Do you know that tooth decay can be REVERSED through nutrient-rich Whole Foods diet?), and even cancer. Get something clear: THERE IS NO SINGLE DIET THAT US EQUALLY PERFECT FOR EVERYBODY. If you come from a long line of meat, potatoes, and gravy folks with a high refined sugar intake, you probably feel OKAY. Meanwhile: * your arteries are slowly plaguing and losing their elasticity, * your gums are slowly receding and your teeth are decaying, * cancer cells are proliferating somewhere in your body * your blood pressure is slowly rising * you Are slowly developing osteoporosis due to consuming soda pop and too much protein which leaches calcium from the bones Until the day comes when you are diagnosed with a full-blown disease, you probably won’t even understand that you are slowly digging your own early grave with your teeth Biased consuming what is known as the “Standard American Diet( SAD ). This couple is young, and their dietary habits are contributing to radiant health. Their child is eating NATURALLY the way humans ate before the invention of processing food AS IT GROWS IN NATURE. She will be just fine because she is starting out in life on pure, organic, unprocessed food . Her body will develop as Nature intended- clean and healthy. IF PEOPLE CAN JUST GET IT THROUGH THEIR HEADS, THERE ISN’T One size fits all dietary practice for ALL PEOPLE. People are different, and there are ancestral factors that affect what people traditionally eat and what makes them FEEL GOOD and healthy according to THEIR definition of health. THERE ISN’T ANYTHING TO CRITICIZE HERE. They use legumes, quinoa, tahini, and other protein-rich substances in their diet, not just fruits and vegetables. The problem is that people get hung up on WORDS like vegan, vegetarian etc. They are just LABELS that people criticize as if they are dirty words. They are simply eating clean, raw, organic mostly plant-based FOOD. This is generally the way I eat, but I don’t label myself vegan. I was strict vegetarian for over 22 years but had to backpedal because I found that my body needed a little animal protein. So I added fish and chicken, Which I eat only on an occasional basis. I can eat the way they do in the summer or in the spring when the weather is warm. I live on the other side of Lake Michigan from Chicago and winters are bleak and cold here. So I shift to adding cooked food to my diet , because my body needs heat-generating foodsI in the winter time. I don’t get all hung up on labels. If I have to provide one, I will call myself a FLEXITARIAN That means I’m flexible in how I approach all aspects of life. I pay attention to how my body responds to things and I make adjustments accordingly. Life is too short to be rigid. I Don’t want my anal sphincters all jammed up with self- righteousness and judgment.👹 Some people get sick eating vegan or vegetarian because their particular constitution cannot adapt. 🤮 Their bodies are more comfortable eating the way their family has eaten for generations. Some people really DO need to eat meat because they come from a long line of meat eaters. There is also some medical-based evidence that a oerson’s blood type NATURALLY predisposes them to be NATURAL meat-eaters, NATURAL grain eaters, or NATURAL vegetarians. Read the book by Dr. Peter D’Adamo: EAT RIGHT 4 YOUR TYPE. This world has been set up by the Creator as a FREE WILL ZONE. 😇 So just relax and either just sit back and enjoy these people being happy with THEIR God-given free-will choices, or turn your attention to being happy with YOUR OWN. Jesus Christ had something to say on this topic of what a person eats. There are several versions depending on which Bible translation you search: JESUS SAID:👏 “It’s not what GOES INTO a mouth that defiles a man but what COMES OUT of the mouth, that’s with the defiles a man.” Matthew 15:11 When he was asked to explain, he further told them that whatever enters into the mouth goes into the stomach and is eventually expelled from the body. 💩 He further explained thatThat those things that proceed from the mouth come from the ❤️ and THAT is what the defiles a person. Matthew 15:18 So, If you prefer cooked food, then EAT cooked food. 🍕🍔🥩 If you prefer pork chops and other meats and potatoes, then eat what YOU like. 🥟🍜🍖🍗 Enjoy YOUR CHOICES IN FOODS as fully and with as much cheerfulness is these people are enjoying THEIR fruits and vegetables.🍅🥑🍍🥝🥕🌶🥒🥗 Mind your own business and Stop spewing negativity over how this cheerful, loving family lives their lives.👪 Find a channel that YOU like on COOKING food and preparing MEATS that will be helpful to you and your dietary practices. It. It will be a better use of your time, attention and energy. Peace 🙏

Glen Ington veganism is one of the healthiest diets on earth when done right. I track all my nutrients once a week on Cronometer to make sure I am getting all essential nutrients. A lot of people don’t do their research and become deficient because of having an unplanned vegan diet. This is why there are so many ex vegans who were negatively affected by the diet

The Rich Life You don’t need to go raw vegan. Just base your diet on whole plant foods like grains, nuts, seeds, fruits, vegetables, etc. and you’ll be fine. Also, if you’re going to do it anyway please DO NOT DRINK FRUIT JUICE. Fruit juice is very unhealthy and equivalent to sugar water. Drink vegetable juice if you really want juice.

Beautiful family she's adorable! I love that you happen to be showing that its natural, and beyond possible for children of ANY age to be Vegan. I have so many people complain that they could never get enough nutrients being adults if they were Vegan. Which is just another excuse for not wanting to actually figure out the truth.

  • @MrzChampagne

Shelly Reynolds lol. I am not even vegan and still can't stand that line! I naturally have never liked meat so I guess I'm naturally a vegetarian. The only nutrient I struggle with is Iron. I had anemia even when my doc suggested I make myself eat meat to try to fix it. Daily bean consumption has been the only thing that has elevated my iron levels. Those people not only lack the ability to live an examined life, but they lack basic knowledge about health and how our diet actually works. The sad part is that they don't care to learn anything . . .

Unless your Dr. is Holistic then of course he'll tell you to eat meat. I mean the food pyramid is a scam they all subscribe to. Then once your sick he'll get paid bonuses for the multiple drugs he'll then push on you. As you can see with a small child getting all the nutrients she needs. Its not hard to fix the situation. I'd suggest you start with an Iron supplement, and even while your taking it begin juicing. As well as increasing your intake of iron rich foods. Make sure you remain beyond hydrated. Then before you know it this will no longer be an issue for you.

Shelly Reynolds Ugh. Exactly! I had ringworm once and the medication for the ringworm gave me these weird patches all over my body! I just made a cream from herbs and it went away. I use to have acne, hives, and regular nausea. The doc wanted to give me meds. I ended up cutting out milk and no symptoms remained. It makes me so sad to see these doctors treating only symptoms and causing more symptoms in the process just to make a buck 😔 Thank you for the tips!

Sure your more than welcome unfortunately I've worked in both types of Offices. The reason I began working with Holistic Dr.'s is because I could no longer watch the crap. Then be forced to act like nothing happened. You'd be surprised how many patients we have come in that are literally slowing dying. Then you find out the ONLY issue they actually have, is being extremely dehydrated. Which is causes the body to naturally shut down. Then they end up with multiple, even Terminal dis ease es. This is the reason every month our Office has patients begin the Gallon of water a day for 30 days challenge. We've totally had folks with so called terminal diagnosis. Have their health immensely spring back just from this. Freeing them from conditions that are dangerous enough to kill, and the most disturbing fact. Being that if left alone without being addressed then they will.

Shelly Reynolds That is so sad. It is a truth that stops their cash flow though so they will continue to ignore it . . . From my experience making sure all viatamin levels are appropriate, hydration, and peace has cured everything from emotional ailments to physical ailments. Keep advocating!

I grew up eating the same way and it served me very well. When Chelsea gets older and starts going into the fridge on her own, you may want to make glazed red onions and keep them in a big, amber colored glass jar. It was my favorite snack growing up and I hear onions are great for cognitive development. They taste great heated up or cold too 😊
