I have to say...you two are really helping overcome my fears of becoming a mom. I used to believe your life was 'over' when becoming a parent and it becomes 100% about your child. While I see there is truth to that, I love how your adventures seem to get more exciting with kids, and not less. Thank you for teaching me that.

When I was in Escazu, they were growing mango trees, but the squirrels always got to them first. It was nice going to the fruit stands that had 4 pineapples for $1!

these retreats look awesome- I’m gonna have to go on one soon- it makes you realize that all of those add ins I use supplements, vitamins, protein powders etc…… i probably don’t really need. I have been thinking about giving them all up for a month and see how I feel- just living off of pure natural food!!!
