Hi! It was me. It was a short laugh. The favorite food was corn and I did a play on words between colonel, his rank and kernel, which is a single nobler from a cob of corn (they’re pronounced the same)
That's true now give me a Cornmeal hotcake with some honey in it.

Hi Orion! The right image isn't a presidential painting, but one done by Norman Rockwell of a family get-together for turkey. I thought it would be a good illustration of food.

Hi Orion! I’m usually using the official presidential portraits. I ran across these caricatures on an image search and thought they would be fun to use! The artist is Tom Richmond (tomrichmond.com) who had done work for MAD magazine in the past
